The people at this location where are very kind, courteous, respectful, considerate, and they listened they went above and beyond the duty to try to accommodate me and at the end they did. Thank you very much.

I don't shop often but this store is close to my home so it is my first choice. In the spring I bought lots of plants and the employees were so nice. Then I had to return a microwave I ordered online and ordered a different one at the store. Steve in appliances made it painless and I also appreciate the military discount when at the store.

Great store! Businesses should all be run like this store. Always friendly always happy to help. Thank you folks !!

Regular visit to this store over the past 12 years have been excellent until last week's visit. The cashier insisted that the propane exchange kiosk was working even though I informed her that it was "unavailable for use" She would not make eye contact and reluctantly called an employee to help with the exchange.

All employees were extremely nice and helpful, they took you to the product, they didn't just point an say over there as other Home depots do. Was extremely pleased with how I was treated in this store.

What I most like if you can't find what you looking for any one will have assist you,and if they don't know they will get some one who is very knowledgeable, bathroom clean, return policy is honored with out a hassle which that's a good thing.

Store associate Sharon made my daughters X-mas! She not only sold us the last of a particular X-mas inflatable, that was on display, but got a lift from the opposite end of the store, to take the display down from the high rafters! Amazing customer service!!

We went shopping for a christmas tree. We found a beautiful tree, had it cut down and picked up a few more items to bring home and decorate. While at checkout, there was no SKU for the tree. We told them the price but without a SKU the tree could not be rung up. This made sense. She advised her supervisor, who was close by, not with any customer and was available. She called the garden center 4 times. No response. A 3rd person came to the phone to call another department for another use she was experiencing. The supervisor then asked HER to call garden for her (5 timess now). NO ONE FROM GARDEN CAME. Now my husband said he would go back and get the SKU. He went back, found the SKU and brought it back. Had he not done this, we would still be there. The line got very long, the supervisor could have gone, the person on our register, the 3rd person who opened the next register or anyone else besides us having to take the bull by the horns and take the matter taken care of our selves. While we do understand that home depot pays the majority of their employees minimum wage, that does not mean one has to do the absolute minimum amount of work. Had we not stepped in, we would have backed up the line even further and been there more than the 20 minutes in line we already had been waiting for a resolution. The disappointment and time wasted gave us nothing but time to fully grasp the ineptitude the employees have at this Home Depot. We left and there was no string to tie up the tree. That was locked away. To avoid any further dealings with the employees, we arranged our vehicle, laid down the seats in the suv and placed it in the back of the vehicle and drove away grateful we would have no more dealings with them again. While the experience was nothing but an inconvenience, what i experienced was so galling. Here I was, spending my hard earned money with my family to get a tree to celebrate the holidays and was faced with a store full of employees with no pride in what they do. I get that nothing can be rung up with out a SKU. I get that SKU identifies the items in the store as present and accounted for. What I do not get is how no secondary plan, short of calling the garden center 5 times, exists. WE HAD TO SOLVE THE VERY PROBLEM WE ENCOUNTERED. This can not be the first time this problem has occurred.

Mike in plumbing was really fabulous for us. We’re grateful to him for being so knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to figure out solutions.

The assistant manager Roy was very caring and pleasant. He took care of all my questions and needs. We need more people like him in the world!

Products are easy to locate, store is cleaned & in order, & excellent customer service

I went in for appliances and the staff there could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were very busy due to a sale but they took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through what would be the best appliances for my needs, walked me through options on delivery and installation and what their warranties applied, I could not have asked for a better experience, Steve the consultant and Jeanne the manager were wonderful and would highly recommend them if you need appliances

The merchandise at the front of the store is getting crowded!

Normally in this area customer service is terrible. But at this Home Depot cashier Tera and Manager Ashley went above and beyond to help. They worked for no less than two hours going back and forth on the phone with the credit department. At the end of it all I was so grateful to them and was able to make my purchase. Thank you Tera and Ashley!!

I always find what I am looking for and glad that there is always an associate to assist! I like the diversity of employees this store. They keep it organized and clean.
