If you are trying to buy appliances this is not the store for you. Very LAZY and not friendly. I would not recommend this experience to anyone wishing to shop for appliances. No customer service

Employees are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable! If I can't find what I'm looking for myself ....there's always someone there to help! Low prices --high quality and great customer service and it doesn't end when you purchase your items.....of you should happen to have an issue/problem they're always willing to go above and beyond!

This Home Depot store, hands down, has the friendliest and most helpful staff. It always seems to have what I am looking for, and if not, or at least something similar that would do the job.

I just wanted to share how impressive the returns process was here! I was in and out quickly and the person who waited on me both times I had to do a return was so friendly and efficient! They have a efficient setup, you can bring your cart right alongside, it's the best return area / process I've experience in a store of this nature

I use the wood cutting service to make my product. This Home Depot has a saw that is usually always in working order and, the people that cut wood actually know how to cut it properly. Straight cuts, quick and efficient. Great store in a great location.

My wife and I bought our Winter Retreat Retirement home about 3 miles away from this Home Depot Store. Over the last year, I have gutted and remodeled the kitchen, put in and all new floor, changed window treatments, and much more. My primary residence is in Michigan right now, so I have been pre-ordering my items on-line, and having them shipped to the University Park Store. Whenever I arrive in town, and show up to pick up my items, Alex in Customer Service seems to be there. There have been times where the system showed that items were shipped back to the warehouse. Alex always got engaged, and always found my items, had them brought to the front, and helped me get them to my car. Items being misplaced was not he norm, but Alex always took good care of my wife and I. He always makes us feel like we are good friends and neighbors. Our remodeling effort has been made much easier because of Alex's welcoming professionalism.

This home depot is clean with helpful staff and stocked shelves.

Great store. Steve in appliances is super knowledgeable and helpful. He steered us in the right direction as far as appliances are concerned and made the buying process easy and painless. The only reason I didn’t give the store five stars is because like all Home Depot stores you do not have enough staff covering the store so you end up waiting a long time in departments to get experienced help.

Compared to my home store in Brunswick, Georgia this store is a dream. Neat and clean with friendly helpful employees and beautiful plants. I love coming to this store!

This is an excellent store that always has the very items you were seeking. It is always clean and yes, the associates are always smiling and helpful. The aisles are clean and wide and at the Holidays they always have great selections of Christmas products, wreathes, etc. Its a nice place to shop and they don't have loud music blaring. As someone who has a bird feeder and enjoys this I am also always glad they have a selection of bird food and other outdoor pet products. Its a nice store in every way.

Went to buy a lot of tile, and supplies, John j. In flooring dept was really helpful. Christina at the checkout was very pleasant, great attitude and even got us a discount on our total order! She said her and a friend there were trying to be the"friendliest" cashiers. She has my vote!:)

This was my first visit to this store since the item was not available in store or for pick-up at another store I had to have it shipped too this store.

This University Parkway has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Store associates do not care about the customer! I had a product out of stock, and the employee didn't bother to see if it was @ another Home Depot, which it was. Can't find associates 1/2 time, they do not bother giving you eye contact. Another fence product, out of stock, had to "special order"...I needed it TODAY! wait 1 week

Bad customer service @ this location! Products not in stock...Employees don't care...half time no where to be found..and if they are...they don't acknowledge you. I had a product which was not in stock, & employee DID NOT OFFER to call the other HOME DEPOT..which I went to on my own, & had a much better experience. NO COMPARISON
