Exceptional stock and customer service.

The Kennewick Home Depot always has the merchandise that I need. The hours of operation meet my needs. I can even take my dog in on a leash when it is extremely hot and I don't want to leave her in the car. The employees are friendly and always there to help/

The staff know everything and the store is stocked well. I can find everything I need and know it is good quality items.

I think what I like most about Home Depot is the store always clean and very organized. Store employees are always asking me if I need any assistance and I really appreciate that because it always feels like I'm in a mad rush, but when store employees are able to direct me it saves me a lot of time and frustration.

I have been using this store for 6 years since we moved into this area. Sometimes I just come in to cruise through the isles to get some ideas for future projects. Every time there , someone is asking if they can help find something. I used to visit with JOHN Hornstien before he moved away. The people are good for knowledge & kidding around. Recommend going to visit them.

Awesome service from everyone except the self-checkout person. She was not very friendly. They had everything I needed. The floor associates were willing to help me ALOT.

Great place to shop and I always find, with the employees help, what I am looking for and drive to this store as needed.

This used to be my "home" store but is now farther away than my current HD. My recent shopping trip was to buy something that was out of stock available at the new store. This HD has very helpful and friendly staff. I have always gotten great help finding solutions to a problem or having products available for my projects.

I really like this home depot store as it is always hustling with activity...I always enjoy seeing the selections of what I am looking for and always receive 'can I help you?' wherever I am in the store. It is so well organized and labeled on the isles and prices are posted well. Whoever plans the store layout does an awesome job.

I called mid-day on Black Friday to see if a sale item still remained on their shelf or if it had sold out, I was told to hold while the person checked... They had sold out....ahhh, well that's how it goes, early bird gets the worm... BUT WAIT!!!! within 20-30 min.s I received a call on my cell phone, it was the Home Depot employee who I had spoken to earlier, another employee had found the item on a random shelf and she was calling me back to ask if I still wanted it! SHAZAMMMM! YESSS! What a sweet surprise! I went over immediately to fetch it. They are amazing! I love my local store!

If you even are thinking remotely about appliances, Faith is your gal!! She is super knowledgeable and just over all a gentle and patient person, ecspecially with dealing with non-agreeing husbands and wives. She is fantastic!

I love coming In here to pick up my small project items. This sweet older man helped me shop the whole store from lighting to mouse traps. 5 Star to him for being so helpful and fun.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull, under going some renovations and have dealt with really great people. Donna, Marty, Gilbert, Jess, Gina and others are reason i drive to the other side of town despite having a competitor store next to my home.
