Store staff were very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the parts I was looking for. The store is clean, well organized and well stocked.

The gentleman who custom cut my paneling for me was efficient and friendly. After that the checkout experience was terrible. Only one check out lane was open at 8pm. It took an unacceptable amount of time before the cashier who had walked past the one open line several times decided to open another line. They should change the store hours and close it if they are not going to staff it.

Very efficient and knowledgeable store personnel working to inform and present accurate information regarding your possible purchase.

I have shopped at this store for the past 20 years and have always been happy with my purchases. I give this store 5 stars.

Everyone is so nice there!

The last time that I shopped here the aisles were crowded with merchandise making it difficult to access things, groups of employees stood around chatting and joking around ignoring customers, and employees were parking in the customer areas; the employee parking area had only five cars in it; one employee took two parking spaces under a tree in the customer area.

It had everything we need for our project

The gal at the Orders desk (The Suz) went out of her way to help my elderly father who came in to find a new garage door opener "Clicker". She came out from behind the desk, and slowly walked my Dad, arm in arm, joking about dancing together and having a conversation all the way to the other end of the store, (he walks slow) to pick out the right automatic door opener. She doesn't know it but my Dad has not stopped talking about how much he enjoyed "strolling" through the aisles with this young lady. "You just don't get service like that from these youngins these days" is all I hear over and over in every conversation, no joke. He has a lot of trouble moving these days, and hates going out, but lately he has been looking around the house for something broken in hopes to visit again. Thank you for that.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service...

The store staff are great, very helpful and courteous every time I shop there. The store is well stocked and clean, what more can you ask for. I am disappointed with the corporate policy on veterans discounts. All veterans should be recognized, not just those that have a VA card or retirement card. The majority of veterans don't have either. All veterans have a DD214 which the state requires for veterans recognition license plates or veteran designation on driver license. "All gave some, some gave All"

Your store is neat and clean. Recently was in the paint department, only one employee was at the counter with four patrons in line. Not another employee was around to ask a question. Maybe put another employee in the paint department for inquiring people that need a little assistance.

These guys were great! I took the item I was looking to fix. Unfortunately they did not have the part however they offered me great options to achieve my goal. I was able to get everything I needed and the solution provided worked out great.

Had an excellent experience buying carpet. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and respected our time. He explained every phase of the process and the timing of them. I am VERY pleased.

I really appreciate Home Depot because the recognized the Military and offer at least a 10% discount on items. this has lead me to shop there first over any of the competition "manardes" which does not.. Honoring the Military is one of many reasons I would rather spend my money HOME versus.. abroad.

I visited the store on my lunchhour and was in and out in no time.

Although several employees were helpful the expert we needed to ask questions of could not be bothered and I had to track him down at least 4 times to ask further questions for the project we were doing and spending a few 100 dollars on at the store. He basically stayed at the other end of the aisle stacking shelves and I had to keep going back to ask another question. Actually we did not buy all we needed because it was such a hassle and his attitude was less than welcoming. Not what I normally experience at a Home Depot. He knew the answers but couldn't be bothered to work with us. Fortunately there is a Home Depot closer to where we live, so hopefully we wont have to go back to this one any time soon.

I was shopping for a new washing machine. My experience at this Home Depot was very good. I found an employee within a few minutes who was helpful and wrote up my order quickly. I went on a Tuesday evening and they will be delivering my washer on Friday.

Kelly was extremely helpful and patient. She concentrated on what I needed. At one point she gave her walkie to another employee so she could work on my order.

On my visit today, the employees were gathered at front of store for social time. 15 minutes later, they were still at the front. When I left, the check out person said I should have come to a cashier and asked for help! Why should I have to search for someone to help me. Let alone, go back to the front of the store and ask for it!

I would rate this store at the top of the chart of being excellent! Great smiles when you walk in, helpful, knowledgeable, clean, hard workers, you always have everything I am needing from this store...Thank you for being in our home town! The store was clean, associates were helpful, and friendly! I found exactly what I came there for.
