Great store and location for all my needs. I shop there before I go anywhere else for all my building and contracting needs.

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and show you where the items you need are.

Home Depot in Easley, SC is the best run store I go to. The store is well stocked, there is staff available to help you and that means a lot to me. The staff is courteous, friendly and if they go out of the way to help customers and I do not have to go find them. They make themselves available when they see you and ask if they can help you! The Store Manager Joe is visible, he meets with staff, walks the store to check supplies and for cleanliness. I have seen him in all depts while I am shopping. The store is also very friendly to dogs who visit with their owner and I appreciate this very much.

Went in to Home Depot in Easley to get ideas for a flooring project and was pleased with the level of customer service. The flooring specialist is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made some great suggestions and made the process very easy. We will definitely use Home Depot in the future with any projects that we undertake around the house.

Erica at customer service was very helpful. I had a couple bad experiences in the past with customer service. She was very friendly and respectful. She answered all my questions or concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. The person before me was kind of rude to her for no good reason. It's a shame because people like her are rare. She dealt with it very professionally. I usually don't do these surveys but I felt the need to speak up. I'm sure more often people that are upset do these so I wanted to do my part for the good experience. She also alot alot quicker than I've experienced in the past with this location. Everyone was very friendly throughout the store and more than happy to help. The store is very clean. Thanks! People can certainly be rude around the holidays! Keep up the good work!

I just did a survey and towards the end it said that I indicated the store employees were not good.. That is the opposite of what I clicked.. This store has excellent employees and are always willing to help.

This store went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and got what I needed. Ryan in the garden department was awesome.

This store is clean and products are most always in stock and service is great. It's a much more pleasant experience and have never had a guilty feeling when I've had to return something for what ever reason. You people are doing it right hope you keep it up.

The folks here are pretty friendly. There is this one big guy who works near the registers and has helped me a few times carry heavy purchases to my car. Don't know his name , but he was raised right.

I have never been disappointed shopping at this store. Plenty of very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly associates.

I went into the store looking for a seasonal (gardening) product. When I asked the sales clerk if they had the item he immediately said yes and went above and beyond to help me even though the items were very inexpensive. I was so impressed with their friendly service and attitude. Thank you!

I can't speak for all employees but the two who helped me above and beyond my expectations!

This Home Depot has always had the product that I needed since moving into a new home from another state. They have also always went above and beyond with service and help, and had the friendliest staff. The biggest plus is that I have not had to wait 45 minutes for help only to find that they were not able to help me and recommended I go to another store, as was the case with the other big box home improvement store in town.

I found this store to be tidy and organized. I was also greeted and cheerfully helped by more than one employee. Although I only purchased one item this visit-I will return again soon and recommend it to everyone.
