This store is always neat and clean. Best selection of products and prices are very good. Most of all there is always someone to help you with your needs

Wonderful experience.

Great people and nice place to visit, always seems to have what i need and what I am looking for at the time that I need it.

Most of the time I have projects where I need to repurpose an item. Most of the staff at Home Depot aren't really helpful in that regard. They are all friendly and try their best to help (when they are available), but oftentimes I'm back at square one. I mostly pick up screws and other little items from here, and for those things Home Depot usually has better prices than Amazon. Matt in lumber knows his stuff (from a novice perspective). He was genuinely interested in my project and guided me through selecting lumber that was best suited for it. I'm lucky he was available to help me, otherwise I'd no doubt go home frustrated because I'd have to do a lot more research, and ask colleagues for advice.

Hmmm...how about stay away! This is my depot,find another. Love the proximity,staff,maneuverable parking lot,abundance of carts and help. Kinda like having my own warehouse without the rental costs and overhead,big win! Very rare they don't have my needs in stock,and prompt with locating and acquiring those few items. Yeah,I'm being spoiled to say "Stay Away! This one is mine!" hahaha. I just don't ever want them to leave or change.

Great store - highly organized with tremendous amount of product. Nursery is my normally first stop and stock always in excellent condition. Store employees extremely helpful, polite, and cheerful - even tend to recognize you!!~

Upper management is very knowledgeable. And the Store is ran great by Steve. Store shelves are alway stocked and employees try to help customers.

The associates at this store were very helpful. We are replacing the floors in our home and the associates explained the new Vinyl boards to us.

I've shopped this location before and always happy with the experience. Your salespeople seem to have more knowledge about their departments and if one doesn't have the answer they know how to get it. Other stores of this type don't seem to train their people. Typical with other stores: "Well let's see, we'll look here first, nope, not there, let's look somewhere else, etc.,etc." I can do that on my own, and probably faster.

Restrooms were very clean, spacious store with a good many clerks staffing the floor. A wider selection of materials, although I did get the last particular item on the shelf. The bags of vermiculite are too big, they should carry smaller amounts as they do of Perlite™.

we went to two other stores before coming to the El Toro location. We were greeted with helpful employees. Shari Macdonald, went above and beyond our expectations and signed us up for a business pro account and credit card. Very helpful on the information we needed for our business tracking and benefits using this reward program. This location seems to have more stock available too. Shari, not only helped with opening up our account, she also helped with putting the toolbox onto the truck to see if it fit. Because of this experience, we will drive the extra 15 miles to this store for all our supplies we need. Thank you Shari Macdonald, keep up the great work and attitude. the store is well staffed with willing helpers. parking lot is large and spread out with easy access from several directions. location is central to other stores, eateries and freeway.

Lack of tradesmen to offer advice regarding "how-to's", Instead, store has an abundance of lower paid female associates with little to no experience in the trades. No help to be found at all in the tools department. Cashier slow and waiting on coin change from supervisor.

I am a local contractor and I have jobs all over the county. I prefer to go to El Toro Home Depot because they provide such good service and have a awesome friendly staff!!!!

The lady who helped me on the self check out was very nice.

Home Depot is my Friday night hangout! El Toro is my favorite location!
