The store seems to be going downhill quickly. Its very unorganized, the exterior is not clean, and they are going to all self checkouts and are very understaffed for the size and volume for the store.

best store in the area

As I am a commercial electrical contractor I shop at this store often. Today was the first time that I was in the store since the cash registers were changed out to the new format. I thought the new format was horrible! It was confusing and made me feel quite uncomfortable. This is a disaster, I saw one cashier almost get run over by a lumber cart! Please change back and put the cashiers on the other side of the counter.

This is an excellent store - the staff are helpful and friendly. This is also a very good store to go to as a lone female. Employees are very open to questions and searches for things. I cannot always wait for the weekend to take my husband along. On a fun note, they do not mind folks sitting in the outdoor furniture area as they wait for their companions (husbands) to explore the tool crib and sales.

Newer Larger Home Depot with larger selection of material and inventory compare to other locations within 10 miles. Great and helpful staff. There are plenty of them on the floor specially on weekends.

This store had the item I wish I had purchased rather than waiting until I went to the Redlands store, which didn't have it.

Anyone interested, this Home Depot store is really stocked with inventory and has a beautiful and full gardening and plant department, its huge and the employee's very nice. The overall store is worth driving to as its seems they are never out of what you are looking for so worth a little drive. Coming from the South get off at El Toro and one short block and your there. Could use a few more sales floor personal to get you in and out and finding your products rapidly. Overall score is an A.

I went to paint dept&showd the guy the product i wanted.I told him i had placed an order online&it was at the wrong store.He said i think its online only&it was shippd to the store.I told him no, not true it was at the store&they pulled it from the shelf.I told him it was shown to be at the store.He said ok whats the sku number.I gave him 267011.He walked over to the lady in the paint dept&started having a discussion.I heard her say its online only. He typed on the computer. Looked for 2 seconds then walked over to me and said sorry its not here. I told him i went online and it said it was here.then i asked him what the store address was.he said i dont know.then i asked the lady she said i dont know.i told them its ridiculous that they dont know the store address.he said sorry mame we did all we could.i went to customer service and asked her if she knew the address because the employees in paint didnt.she told me the address.then i asked her if the store had the same access to stock information system that was online.she said yes.i told her the employees in paint claimed to not be able to find it.she asked for the sku.then she said we have 14 in stock lets go find it.while we were walking she said sometimes our system doesnt work for us to find it but this time it worked.(she said it to cover for the bad customer service from the employees in the paint dept).we walked right over to the aisle and she found it. The other employees didnt care about helping me because im african american. The paint department employee didnt go in the system to find it. He typed and walked away from the computer within a few seconds.

The best Home Depot in my area (Orange County, CA). Better than all other hardware stores in Orange County.

Cindy, the cashier at Nursery section, was RUDE, racist, abrupt and curt, towards my simple & short question about a gardening device. Its very unfortunate an employee at her age still does not underestand the basics of a polite conversation, let alone the concept of Customer Service

Te store was clean, helpers very professional. Raymond, Gail which helped me today espeially knowing that i just had surgery a week ago and i was not feeling well. They took their time to help me.

Great store! The employees are friendly, the store is clean and the items on the shelves are always tidy.

As a contractor time is money; there are many material stores like Home Depot that I hate to have to shop at. I enjoy shopping at the El Toro store because not only is the store well stocked but the checkout service is great. One person in particular is OUTSTANDING! My checkout cashier's name was Leesa. Her consummate knowledge and ability to quickly scan the bar codes was impressive. Not only was she very professional and quick witted, she was very personable as to how my days was going and was there anything else that HD could do to help. I sincerely hope that Leesa will remain at her current register and early weekly time slot (I normally shop around 6AM). I will definitely drive out of my way for great service like this. It’s Quick Witted Employees like LEESA that keep you rolling!!!

Chris was very helpful in helping me to choose which Behr product to purchase!! Philip Larkin was extremely helpful in setting me up a contractors account for my small business!!! Steve in the nursery knows his plants and is extremely knowledgeable - you’re lucky to have him on staff.

Home Depot is the best for your house

My GO-TO Home Improvement Store One thing I can count on at this Home Depot location is knowledgable and friendly assistance. It happened again today when I wanted to know how to repair a hose rather than to buy a new one. I was not only walked to the appropriate hardware, but Steve demonstrated just how to do it. As a widow, there are tasks that I take on now that I never did before. I'm never made to feel that I've asked a foolish question, but I'm treated like a valued customer no matter how small my purchase. Even the cashiers are friendly!

I needed wire shelves cut, an associate helped right away. Didn't even work in that department

Store is too big for me, but when you need tools and hardware they have it typically.

The store was neat and clean. I was able to find the product I needed without assistance. I was extremely impressed with the numerous varieties of beautiful and colorful geraniums in the nursery. I The cashier was very nice, kind and friendly. She thanked me for shopping at The Home Depot. She had a beautiful smile on her face and seemed to enjoy her job.She thanked me for shopping there.

I had an amazing experience when I was shopping there. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Yogi Henriquez. She was helpful, wonderful, and over all just a delight.

When we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by an employee and she asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told her and she indicated where we could find it. We always find that this Home Depot is clean and the items are nicely arranged and easy to view. When we came to the cashier stand we were greeted by Dixie, who is a very charming lady, and she made sure we were happy with the faucet we had found and were going to purchase.

This store is always neat and clean. Best selection of products and prices are very good. Most of all there is always someone to help you with your needs
