Very friendly and helpful staff everything is organized better and they carry a lot vetter contractor specific tools.

The employees that I had the pleasure of encountering were very friendly and had a quick smile. That made for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

The Home Depot in Elizabethtown, KY has always proven to be a home improvement store that has associates that seem to go out of their way to provide quality service and make the customer feel important. I like that. I am not a skilled do it your self type of guy, but do attempt to do somethings around the house. The associates at this store have always provided me with a basic foundation of knowledge of what I needed and how to do what I was wishing to do. When I did not know exactly what I was looking for, they would troubleshoot me by asking questions to narrow down the search and provide assistance. When I needed a front glass panel for a GE flat top stove, I did not know the exact data required, but associate spent time and gave me what was needed to find the exact piece I needed. Great Service Always

I was in and out in just a few minutes.I found exactly what needed.

Employees are always friendly, helpful & informative. Store & bathrooms always neat & clean. Fairly easy to find everything, has a good in-stock selection.. and if not, they can easily order it & have it delivered to the store or your house free of charge.

Had an awesome trip today. Was able to get in and out with everything I needed while also saving money. Will definitely be doing more shopping here for my house renovations.

The aisles were generally clear enough for people to pass and easily identifiable and findable employees came to me in my Hoveround to see if there was anything they could help me with. I like that a lot, it shows that the employees don't judge my ability to do handy work based on my Hoveround.

The store is always very clean and, organized. The staff is always very helpful and, friendly.

The store was clean, well-stocked, and associates were helpful. It was a good shopping experience right up to the point where I was ready to check-out and the only check lanes open were the 4 self-service stations. I don't like self-service. I'm a senior citizen who appreciates a bit of personal attention and service from the merchants where I spend my money. Home Depot flunked the test on this occasion. To be absolutely fair and honest, the associate stationed at the self-service area could not have been nicer. She came over and scanned my items and did everything up to the point where I swiped my credit card ... but it's just not the same experience of having a cashier devoted exclusively to you and your order. In this day and age, check-out is the one part of a shopping trip where customers can expect personal attention ... and Home Depot didn't deliver. Some folks may prefer to interact with a robot ... not me! They should have had at least one "regular" check lane open.
