I just what to give a shout out to a sales lady or Manager ...TAY.. She handled an upset customer ... A real JERK...with professionalism and courtsey in a very tough situation.. If this indiviual writes a negative review (as he said he would do) about a discount he says he is INTITLED too., I'm hear to say maybe ... just maybe quit thinking you, are an intitled person and stop being a complete JERK and getting directly into the face of a lady just doing her job. A bystanded just wanting to assure Jerk's review doesn't go unanswered.. Jeff

Store #1854 is the best. We love shopping here and have been since it opened.. Much cleaner, neater and friendlier than the competition down the road. All of the employees know where stuff is as well and how to use certain things.

Always happy to shop here; get help easily. The garden dept. and the rest of the store usually have what I'm looking for. All the employees are friendly and genuinely want me to find what I need.

My go to store. Associates are friendly and helpful. I don’t know my way around home improvements, but the people at this store always equips me with what I need. They also send great professionals for the bigger jobs.

Home Depot has always had great employees. I have shopped at many, for many years. I prefer Home Depot to other stores. This location has exceptional staff! I was in town for the day and went in to buy several items. All the employees were focused on the shoppers. Every employee that I came close to, stopped what they were doing and asked how they could help me! They listened to what I needed and walked me to that area and pursued a solution. Wonderful experience!! I wish all the stores I shop at were like this....I am impressed! These employees needed to be commended! (and appreciated!)

This store (and manager) employs excellent associates that are willing to "go the extra mile" to seek answers and resolve issues for the consumer. We have purchased extensive flooring, appliances and other house project items exclusively with this store due to their great customer service. When we compared the responses we received from other "big box" stores and even local private vendors, we were consistently pleased with the follow up and communication by this store. Tia (employee) is an excellent resource at the store and such a pleasure to work with on projects. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge this store and how well they have treated us. Will definitely shop here for future projects.

Those the store was somewhat dirty. I found the staff very friendly. Self checkout very confusing but Tracy was very helpful.

Great customer service at the returns desk and within the store, help is always around the corner. Nice friendly staff. Usually find what you are looking for most of the times.

Employees like Big Al make this store stand out in a crowded landscape of improvement stores.

Store is a bit on the messier side, which is one thing Lowe’s has over home depot even if Lowe’s is more expensive mostly but on this particular store the employees more than make up for any random karts in the isles.

This store and the manager did a great job helping me select tools to repair my parents entry ramp on Christmas Eve. I've never had better service & attention. While all stores do a good job, the team in Gainesville (US 441) was a great example of a team who "gets it".
