Only place I usually go to for my needs

When I shopped the garden center, it was open, but no one was at the registers or on the floor to assist. I had to go to the self check to pay. Not an insurmountable problem, but annoying nonetheless.

We were very pleased with the choice of products to choose from. Andy was very helpful and attentive.

The help was great like no other Home Depot . Talk to Frank in the appliance center he was great !!!

We love this paticular Home Depot as opposed to all others I’m The Valley. The reason is the knowledge of the staff. Bob the garden guy is amazing he truly knows and cares all about our grass trees bushes shrubs and plants. Vicky is always happy to greet us and always happy to help. She is also very funny and kind. Best Bome Depot in Maricopa County.

Electrical hardware and supplies are at one end of the store and the checkout stands are at the other end of the store. Seniors find this a problem if they park near the north end (When electrical and lawn supplies are) and have to walk to the south end to checkout and then walk back to the north end.

Vote Michele for President. She understands customer service. I am not sure in todays age how much bussiness's really understand what it is.Michele really impressed me on how she really tried to help me with my problem. Job well done. Please be sure to tell her that her efforts were beyond the call of duty.

Every time I buy something at this store, I have to double check, to make sure I am buying what I want, because the items are usually in the wrong place, i.e. the shelf tag does not match the item.

Great customer service and always clean and stocked

I cannot remember the last time I had fun shopping at any store until I came in to this home Depot. The manager was right up front and everything I needed was expedited. Joyce the cashier was such a delight and efficient on a scale from 1 to 10 I'd have to give Joyce a twenty. I'm handicapped and usually get avoided at all cost. Here I was treated like a King. I'll be back at the end of the month. The hole team had such great customer service skills. Where did they find so many happy souls? I don't care I'm just glad it my home deDep!

Annette, the cashier in the garden dept., has always been very friendly and helpful when I have visited the store. I will bring items obtained in other parts of the store to her area for this reason.

I have been to this store countless times and each and every time I have received helpful and courteous service whether it is a tool I have rented or product I have purchased always treated like a valuable customer.
