There are three areas in the store with trowels, sanding items and tools for sanding. Trowels are in the construction area in the masonry section. Sand paper in the paint area and sanding heads for drywall in the front construction staging area adjacent the masonry items on the front wall. None of which are in the tools section. Where would you find a head for a drywall sanding pole? In the construction staging area. It’s a separate section you don’t see going up and down the isles looking for most items. It’s on the front wall. If it is necessary to have it where it is, which I doubt, at least a sign should be in the other tool, masonry and paint sections letting people know there are more items in the other sections.

Home Depot.....The toy store for adults!...always has just what I'm needing and always giving me more things to make the wife smile.

Ms. Felicia helped us with a fridge purchase and she was very knowledgeable and patient. Please thank her and Ms. Gabby as well for being so kind.

There was a young girl at the front giving directions. We went in and came back to her for assistance with item location. She was on the phone with another store associate (on speakerphone). Both were using foul language and she never even assisted us. We had to look elsewhere for help. When I did get someone, he didn't even show me the product I was looking for, he just pointed in the direction I should look. It took us over an hour to get everything we needed with the little help we needed. The service today was completely unsatisfactory, especially considering how much money we spend with this company.

Love the store and friendly employees. The only thing that makes me think twice about going there is the traffic leaving out.

We have recently started to shop @ the Gulfport Home Depot for a variety of reasons. First, and probably most important, would be the friendliness of the employees. Everyone greets you (us) with a smile. Employees are also knowledgeable and appear happy to help in any way that they can. The store is clean and appears to be well-stocked. Al least, they have always had everything we have been looking for.

We love our local Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and most all items are in stock when we need them! Huge plus. Charlene is a true gem in this store, always helpful and service with a smile.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT IN GULFPORT AND GOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND TOOK CARE OF MY PURCHASE . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE TO VISIT.

The customer service people are the best. Always patient, always helpful. The Queen of the Store is the "Paint Lady" -- she is awesome and ALWAYS helpful. I can;t remember her name but she is great!

The associates in the appliance dept and customer service desk were extremely helpful and nice and helped me purchase a washer and dryer, but I would NOT suggest this business if you need delivery/setup service. They contract this service and it had terrible customer service. They didn't call 30 minutes before delivery as promised (said they did but I have no missed calls or voicemail) and then when neighbor stated they were at my house I said I could be there in 15 min.. They said they couldn't wait and would not be able to reschedule for another whole week. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I don't feel the contract delivery has Home Depot in their best interest and didn't want to risk another failed delivery.

A store employee was extremely helpful to me during my shopping experience at this location. He had already clocked out but when ask to assist me, he didn't hesitate but did it with a warm smile and gentle spirit. I appreciate his work ethic and value what he did because most employees on the clock would not have gone above and beyond the call of duty as he did. I just want to express my appreciation for his generosity and I believe your store should show your own gratitude towards him as well because 'Great' workers like him are hard to find and even harder to keep. He is definitely deserving because he went above and beyond the call of duty. More people/employees should follow his lead. It'll certainly make the world and the workplace better to live in. My gratitude to this exceptional employee for an outstanding job as a loyal employee of Home Depot!!

Everyone was friendly and the store was clean and very organized.

My 77 year mother and I waited for over an hour in the blind/shade section. Needed 16 blinds. The inventory people promised to find someone that could help us but not one employee walking by the main aisle or to the back spoke to us.

Home depots are more contractor oriented than othe big box stores

This was the most pleasant shopping experience my husband and I have had in a long time. Employees were extremely helpful and pleasant The overall attitude of the employees was great. The store was well marked RE departments as well as being clean and well lighted. We WILL be shopping here again in the future.

Always find what I'm looking. A friendly lady employee helped me on the kitchen cabinets section. She took time to explain everything. Extremely helpful.

I enjoy shopping at this home depot. I always find what i need as well as get prompt and courdeous help when needed.

Poor attitudes of those assisting with the loading of vehicles. Both the guys doing this had extremely negative and bad attitudes. It took over 30 minutes, each, to get what I purchased and both did nothing but mumble and complain about their jobs, other employees, and Home Depot.

Getting help in departments not easy. Most walk by you like your invisible. Have to go to another dept to find help for other dept. Still have to wait a while for person to come.
