I will never shop at Home depot again. Appliances being sold that were never in stock. During the holidays and bad communications between store and vendors.

This home depot usually has what I'm looking for and the personnel are very willing to help including offering suggestions to fix a problem.

Both stores in Harrisburg are fantastic, I always get great service.

Shawn in Plumbing is an awesome employee. Great customer service and always go above and beyond to ensure we have everything needed. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and Shawn is the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Boris was extremely helpful in the electric department. He took time to explain what my husband and I needed for our project. He did not seemed rushed. He walked us through what we should do and found each item for us. Thank you Boris! Your help was very appreciated!!!!

The store provided salespeople who were definitely concerned about my needs and they many times return my calls about a product. I recently purchased a freezer and Dave took the time to contact me and explain the advantages of the freezer I chose. I picked it up the next day with his help. Thanks, Home Depot. Dr. B

Watch out for the Solar salesman soliciting business

Wife and I have been shopping at the Home Depot on Derry Street for over two and a half years we've purchased a little bit over $35,000 worth of products at their location and the service has been just simply exceptional of all our appliances all the equipment that we needed for our home remodeling we got there and we were really pleased people are very genuinely helpful they're ready to go the extra mile so we are very grateful to have such a great quality store and our area and some fine people that do deserve to be recognized pretty much everyone that we've had to interact with I know and that's very scarce to find these days but at that store pretty much everyone that we've interact with has always had a positive attitude and always ready to have so in our book they get a 5 star.

Always a courteous and friendly atmosphere when shopping at this store. The isle are spacious and the selection of items are so much more easier to find than some other hardware stores. It is and always has been my favorite and often time I go just to look around with no hassle. This store is certainly at the top of my list when it comes to prices, atmosphere and friendly service. Thank you Home Depot!!!

For a great shopping experience and excellent assistance I recommend people to shop here. Helpful people with great attitudes that show they aim to please. I was given help and good advice in the paint area on selecting my paint color. Again, I needed some help in the bathroom accessories area and received help. Nice, clean in the areas I shopped in. A+

SHAUN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND EVEN CARRIED MY 32 GALLON METAL TRASH CAN TO THE CHECKOUT. THIS MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS APPRECIATED FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT

Was visiting out of town and had some time ...decided to run an errand to HD. Can not say enough about every single employee i encountered....top to bottom....great service...far cry from most HD that I've been in.

The store is clean, the associates in the plant department and the fall products department were very friendly and helpfu. I am decorating outside my home for fall. I received service with a smile.

Employees were awesome from the time I walked in till I walked out. Very very refreshing to know some people take pride and time to be polite to others, even if it's only a greeting, a thank you, or you're welcome. The employees are very helpful, courteous. Please keep it up!!

This store has some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They never hesitate to stop whatever they are doing and ask to help a wandering customer such as myself. The store is neat and clean and the shelves are always well stocked.

We purchased an electric weed wacker that was light and easy to handle. We are seniors and not in the best of health. The associates at this store were very patient with us, explaining the finer points of several models. They had my husband (who is in a wheelchair) , handle each model. They helped in our perfect selection for our situations. The associates and manager are respectful and friendly.

So glad that THIS store is close to me. Even if it wasn't, I would still find a Home Depot and be your Customer. Very good, all things. thank you

store is clean but hard to find employees, also needs a better tool selection most of the tools(mainly ryobi) they have dont stand up to everyday use

Overall the store is decent, but I would recommend that you not shop at this store for paint. The paint department is by far the worst I've ever shopped at. I would strongly recommend any of the paint in the Glidden line, as it is the best paint around, but go to another Home Depot to have it mixed and to ask any questions.
