I'm sure there are employees; but not to help us. Only ONE Register open. They did have a self-check-out... but home depot is a place where you buy large items which can't be scanned. Either they need a gun scanner or a human. I had to hunt for someone to assist me and never found one until much later. I found a person who paged someone else and that someone else never got to the section. Its like they don't want to be found. This is every time I go. WAKE UP. Attend your station. All manager's fault.

This store is near my nephew's house. He is constantly making repairs to his home. I just happen to be his repair/handyman and I have always found what I needed at this location.

THE STORE WAS CLOSE TO MY RESIDENT. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND STOCK. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I was helped by associate Denise at the pro desk. She was proficient in her work and got me out of there quicker than I expected. It was a great experience and I will be going back to this location again due to great customer service and smiling faces.

The Store and the employees at 14440 Hillcroft ST. were the best. Help was easy to find and these guys and girls knew their stuff. After my pleasant experience with an associate, Mr. Tom Iocca in plumbing, I stopped the first employee I saw and asked where could I find the store manager and he replied " I am him" . I had no problem finding anything or anyone. Kudos to this store.

One thing I can say about all the Home Depot's that I have been to thus far is I appreciate that the stores' layouts are all about the same. This particular location was clean and well stocked in what I needed. I also found that it seems they carry a lot more selection for flooring and window treatments than another I've gone to. Each time I've come to this location I have been asked on several occasions if I've needed any assistance when it seems I may be just idly walking around. It is never done in a pushy salesman type way just very friendly and courteous staff members.

This store is my favorite place to shop for my home and garden needs! Keep up the great customer service!

I'm in this store every Saturday new home owner so I try to fix on something every weekend they are amazing with help me find the things I need and making sure I know how to use them I have put up a door with their help and unstopped my tub single mom needs help somethimes and they are always so helpful thanks

Ms.Sharon went beyond her duties.She was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions that we had,even took the time to bring us a cart to put our materials on.She kept a smile on her face the whole time we was shopping and checked out and she was very attentive.The store need more workers like her. Jesse was very attentive although my family member kept calling him Jeremy,he still acknowledged her and kept helping us with the products, he is very knowledgeable about the products that we brought. The Home Depot company need more employees like these two. It's employees like them,that will keep customers coming back to this store. Please make sure the two employees read this.

The need for home improvement is very command with the biggest examples being the need to get ready for Holidays. I have seen in some few stores classes on how to do simple plumbing and how to install tile, etc. These classes build confidence for costumers that want to know or take on new projects. It not that lack the skill to run a great store but organizational concepts associated with the lay out of the store are very important. People go into a Home Depot store with a sense of formality. this helps people to get in and out of the store quickly. When idem in the store become hard to find this brings to mind whether the correct choice was made as to the store you are in. I hope these comments are helpful because I like Home Depot.

Store experience this visit was good. Most of the time when I visit I can hardly fine an associates to help.

I went back 3 times in one day trying to get something fixed in my bathroom and each time I was able to ask for the same associate to help me. It was nice to be able to ask for someone by name. Like a personal helper.

I was very pleased to find a RINO-TUFF HEAVY DUTY Brush Cutter (Fits 99% of all straight shaft gas trimmers) which I purchased at Beltway 8 Home Depot to forever replace the original "bump -line" head for my wife's Ryobi SS26 weed trimmer. Great user performance!

Products were available. Store Associate were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store and parking area were clean.
