Good inventory, Veteran parking and discounts, friendly, helpful staff

Friendly staff, helpful, nice inventory and easy to locate items. Cashier was very friendly.

As a woman (and probably for men too) I can get overwhelmed with trying to find and or load all the items I need for a project or home repair. I have been coming to The Hillsboro Home Depot for 21 years and the service has always been great. They have always been very helpful and gave great advice and guidance. It has made my experiences good experiences and I do not feel overwhelmed because of their knowledge and great and friendly service!

I have worked for Home Depot and have enjoyed every day of my time working as a seasonal and plan on to return after the 1st of the year.

I will definitely shop there again.

Yeah I'd recommend the store to a janitorial service, I came in for window cleaner, BUT I also was meeting people there I arrived first and waited for them, as I sat in the entrance I wondered if that area had ever been cleaned since the building was erected, window sills covered in dead bugs, hazy film on the windows, employees/dirty homeless people running past in filthy aprons, thank god when the doors opened for a customer the fresh breeze was a welcomed relief, after MY party arrived as if I am their personal item finder, which is kinda weird, why do your customers have better knowledge of the store than your paid employees? But out side of that fact, over all the entire shopping experience and experience of the store, its about equal to laying on the floor of a well used dumpster as the garbage is being dropped in, maybe you should do as some of the other businesses and put your employees/homeless people in uniforms, black slacks and an orange polo shirt with the words home depot stitched upon it, and a name badge, at least that would lend an air of professionalism and finally be done with the goodwill rejection bin fashion show that they have been doing, and do clean up that mess you left behind, I would like to think your smarter than some dumb animal that sleeps where it poops but I have been known to be wrong about those issues also, quit being disgraceful, youre stank adding the place up.

The store is NOT adequately supported by management. Online pickup transactions continued to be understaffed making your whole 'Home Depot experience' not acceptable. Why open the door if you will only provide poor service consistently . . . WAKE UP.

The people are friendly,enough,but there are not enough staff who know the product,or where the item is located in the store. And, having to look through isles for an employee,is Very time consuming as well as frustrating. Not only Home Depot in Hillsboro,Or.But also other local Home Depots around town.

Trust me when I say, if you need custom window blinds, Home Depot is the right place, right time, right price but mostly Design Consultant, Debbie Roberts is the right person to help you.

Juli at the check out stand was a great help to us. She made sure all of the fittings that we purchased matched and the numbers were correct. It is amazing how many times the bins get messed up by customers not paying attention when grabbing or putting away items! Juli went above and beyond and saved us another trip to town!

This Home Depot store has the best employees. The store hires people who are very nice, and Knowledgeable. I'm thrilled with the Kraft Screen Doors that we purchased at the Hillsboro Home Depot. It was so worth the expense. These doors are perfect and really increased the value of our home. Elizabeth was the best person to get what we needed. She really made the purchase easy. Also, she set us up to have them installed. Martin installed them and he really knew what he was doing. I am so pleased with our new doors. I'm planning to buy more for all of our houses. They really look great. Thank you. I really feel like I'm living in a castle as a princess.

This is an excellent Home Depot Store. There are so many employees who really help you. I'm disabled. Karen was able to get the doors I wanted and arrange for them to be installed. She also got me some cold water to drink while she did my paperwork. Then Vincent on register #5 was the best, too. He not only checked me out efficiently, but arranged to open a credit card for me. It was so easy with his help. I was able to get an extra $25 to spend, too. I can't wait to shop at Home Depot in Hillsboro again. It is the best store in Hillsboro.

Great store and great staff.

Took me two weeks to get my materials to build my fence. First time they sent materials that were damage and put together horribly. Then I got the wrong materials. Then. I drove to pick up myself twice. No Materials. Can't get through to the pro desk. Lost phone calls. Just need to hire more people. Can't get my money back on wrong materials delivered to my house until they pick them up. Home Depot sent the wrong type of truck so they left the materials at my house. Never rescheduled a new pick up. Materials are still in my way and on top of my trim boards. Now I'm trying to build my fence in 99 degree weather. And still not done. Had to call again to get home Depot to get there materials pick up. So I can get my money back. I have had to pay twice. This is upsetting. Most people could not afford to have 2 different withdrawal's from there checking account. Had similar problem with plumbing department. Two different Home Depot store no plumber working to help out. Yes I'm typing funny. Because I'm annoyed

Great store with wonderful employees. Tania at the customer service counter was very helpful in solving my kitchen-cabinet issue. She was a an absolute gem!

Gabriel Lopez was the most helpful associate I have had the privilege of dealing with. He single handily saved my project and did so with enthusiasm.

This is a good Home Depot. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have the majority of their products in stock. I recently had an employee go through quite a bit of trouble for me to get something that was in stock but not on the floor. I really appreciated that because other stores were out of them too. Their garden center has a nice variety of plants and soil amendments. I can always get someone to help me take heavy things to my car, though I might have to wait a few minutes.

I love this store..lots of merchandise! Lots of variations! Most things are easy to find, if I can't find them I find a representative to assist. We've remodeled two homes during the past 3 years and we've only had to go somewhere else for one thing!

Good cashier

I was at the Hillsboro, Or store today looking for a variety of items. As I had some difficulty finding &/or deciding on a cpl...I was offered assistance by a Behr Rep. and two H.D. employees. They were all pleasant, helpful and courteous. The young lady cashier greeted me with a smile and was efficient also. I almost always find what I want at this store. Thank You!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot in Hillsboro OR. Staff is always ready to assist you and provide very good information of products I'm looking for. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Store is always well-stocked. That store looks like a great place to be and a fun place to work.
