I have finally had enough with my local Home Depot. I had waited close to ten minutes and worked my way close to a self checkout. I was next up. I guy walked up with one can of Red Bull, The clerk told him the line was on the other side. Then she looked at me and said the line is behind you, he is next. I told her NO MAAM, I was ahead of him. She could tell I was getting mad and walked away. Another clerk walked up and told me she would help me check out, This IS NOT the first problem I have had with this store. Your employees do not know or act like they care to help. Most do not know where anything is. I told the rude clerk I wasn’t coming to back to this store and she said loud enough too hear that she didn’t care. I just cancelled my Home Depot credit card. I’m OUT!!

Staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Store was clean and organized. Stocked up on items. Definitely recommend and will come back to shop again.

During a recent visit EFFRAN (Spelling=?), PRUDENCE, STEVE (ASTROS cap) and MILAGRO were all very helpful while purchasing connector hoses for 2 newly purchased toilets!

My shopping experience was great from the time I went in the store till the time I left out. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to exchange a item that I purchased at Home Depot. and I was told that the item was not from their store. Although there were other cables at the store exactly like the one I was exchanging. I had a receipt for the purchase as well Tyriel the cashier refused to give me my money back. I asked to speak to manager. Some guy name Steve came out pretended to look for the transaction. Then said it was not their merchandise although they had other cables exactly like the one I purchased. They he just left without saying anything. I was just standing there thing that he was looking for some information about the cable that I purchase at the store. After 15 minutes I asked Tyriel what he was doing. She informed that he had left. Then I asked her to ask him to come out again, because I purchased that cable there. I waited for another 15 minutes. Someone named Mario came out and said that he worked in that department and that was not their cable. I told him that had to be the cable because I purchased it there. I asked for the number to call to make a complaint and was given a wrong number. I told Mario that was the wrong number 800 Depot. He said he did not know what to say. So I am glad I say this survey and review, maybe corporate will see it

Thank you to the young man in the cleaning aisle and two of his fellow staff members who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a product. Rare to have people stocking take time to help the customers with such tenacity. Thank you for making me smile!

Had to get my own product with the Home Depot stairs and the item I end having missing parts

Your company needs to have better service in the aisles and with more knowledge about the areas from your employees. Also they need to show that they are happy working for Home Depot

basically my visit was on sunday. the store was overstaffed ,it seemed . employees were gathered in groups 3 and 2 at a time just talking with each other. they smiled at me which was nice . when i asked to buy a powerwasher it took a while for the lift driver to take care of my needs .this is understood as one of the lifts was out of juice so i had to wait my turn. no one asked me for help, but when i approached them they did help me. lastly when i purchased a 100.$ protection plan the young girl said i would have to go online to register it . having problems finding the registration site , would appreciate a bit more info .

I would always recommend this store to everyone I know. Checkout is always so fast. The product is always on the selves and if it isn’t a store associates are always willing to help find it in a different store that is close.

The store is well organized and I always find what I need when I am there. Your employees always walk me to the product I am looking for. This store is incredible the Manager was out greeting people on a Saturday of all day he was helping customers, I rarely see that it was nice to see that he really cares for the customers and the employees. One person stands out all the time for me it is Helen I believe she is the head cashier. She always greets me when I come in. I'm always in this store all the time and Helen in always so nice to me. I love all the employees at this store everyone is great. I always have a great experience.

Got help from Rob and Ana and was able to purchase everything smoothly without a lot of stress. Spent a lot but got what I needed. Easy store to find your way around.

Completely discourteous and unprofessional cashier working at the self check ruin my halfway decent shopping experience at this store. Simple questions about how to use the machine I was unfamiliar with was met with eye rolling and scoffs and then I was treated as though I were trying to steal. Completely unacceptable behavior. This is a clear lack of customer service training given and/or retained by this employee. This encounter was on December 14th at 5:24 p.m. I hope that others will not have to receive the same treatment that I have, I will no longer be shopping at this location.

I am not sure if it is due to COVID but I noticed that there are not as many sale assistants on the floor.

This store is clean. The items are displayed so that you can find what you need without any problems. The employees are very helpful when asked any questions. Usually they will take you to the items you are inquiring about. The items you need are nearly always in stock, even with issues with Coronavirus.

This store doesn't have enough workers because I searched for my items and could not find them based on the signage for each aisle. I stopped to check out a few items but left without finding all I needed. No one was available to help answer questions , one salesman whom I asked for help pointed to an aisle several feet away and continued talking to another worker. TO BUSY TO HELP !!!!!

Four employees with handsets couldn’t direct us to the right product in the right aisle. Hand sanitizer and wipes were almost out at the front door.

It's a great store because the employees care about the customer and are very helpful
