CLARE AT THE SERVICE DESK WASTED TWO HOURS OF MY TIME FOR AN ORDER LESS THE $100

Great costumer service and the store is always clean.

This store was very clean and well organized and stocked.The staff was very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Helpful staff...found parts easily...found the part that would interchange through help from staff...store was layed out for easy access, associate in electrical very knowledgeable

The cashier was very helpful and assisted me with making a decision about which plant to buy, which was pretty awesome. The Garden area of the store was overall clean and well stocked.

I had to ask the sales person several times what store this was. He would not answer me. I understand he did not know the item I was talking about but he could have at least seemed interested. I went to the store website to find the product location and a lot of good that did me.

The store is a mess, not very clean, items are out if place , hard to shop and compare prices, when price tags not on items. Not supplied. Most employees are bothered when asked for assistance . And on cell phones ...

Great store working extra hard during these trying times.

Customer service and curbside pickup totally unprofessional. I'd give less than 1 star if possible.

Terrible customer assistance. I went to pay for my item and every register except one at self checkout did not accept cash. I asked the one cashier if he did and all he says was “yeah.” He did not greet me nor tell me how much I owed. I had to ask him how much I needed to pay. He gave me change and my receipt but did not offer to put my item in a bag. I had to ask him for one. He just nodded and I had to bag my own item. He didn’t say thank you. I rushed him a good day and he said nothing. Good customer service is what brings people back and helps the store to make its annual plan. I won’t be back.

Store is clean And good service

Over the years this location has consistently been one of my favs. Employees are more than willing to stop and help a customer out. They're all very kind and considerate and actually give me an impression that they genuinely want to help.

Cashier was very friendly and helpful and not at any point disturbed by my phone sell because on my end of the deal it takes for ever to get a PO from my office

This store is very organized, I’m glad I stay near to come to this store when I need supplies for my own. The workers here are very firm on their jobs

I had an excellent experience with every employee that I had contact with. They were all busy working when I approached them for help and they stopped and helped me find what I was looking for. I had lumber cut at no charge and it was performed in a quick and professional manner. Great Job Store #6526!!!

Decent store. No issues. I've only had good experience with the staff on the isles, check out and in Customer Service. Generally the store has pretty much everything I've needed. The only lacking thing is the Lumber yard, where I have had a hard time finding hardwoods for projects. Store is clean. Assistance on the aisles is generally pretty good, when you can find staff, but that's the same at just about every Home Depot. All associates have been nice in my interactions with them.

This location has better security in parking lot than for example Loop 610/ Shepherd where I have seen crime in broad daylight.

It's always a great experience going into Home Depot the workers are very knowledgeable polite a friendly A-1 service

you need to let go the ones that dont help the people dont even ask and keep people like Jackie and the other one in garden that helps with the plants her name is oh cant remember but she is so helpful

Clean store and well stocked but has the worst employees especially the young men by lumber area.
