Tami at Customer service provided me excellent customer service. Not only was I able to get in and out of the store quickly to pick up my purchase. But she was so friendly and courteous. Even asked me about my purchase. The store it self is clean and easy to maneuver and find what you need. And they have self check out and what was nice if you don't know what your doing there is someone there to help you.

Ashley the managers on duty on 8/17 is not very helpful, she has an attitude and will not shop there because of her. Will take my commercial accounts elsewhere.

Home Depot is a great place to shop especially for the home owners. Convenient , friendly, helpful, normally have what I need.

This store always has adequate parking. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The location is very convenient. The store is clean and inviting. If they don't have it, it can be ordered online and delivered either to the store or your home address. Staff is knowledgeable and are willing to help.

Does not meet a customers expectations or honor the store's commitment.

Overall, the store is very well stocked and the employees are pleasant and helpful. Don't expect any help from Bob in Hardware. He's not helpful at all.

Go to the pro desk and ask for West, he is friendly and sharp. Really helps with whatever project that you have.

I did not have the best time until Heather turned my shopping trip around. I was shopping for plant for my garden and i had a gift card. First time using gift card on my phone. I was checking out in the garden center and the older guys couldnt understand how to check out with my google pay. He kept scaning over and over.and after 15 min i was annoyed. I kept asking him is there a manger you can call. He didnt call anyone. I ask 3 times. I end up walking up front and I found HEATHER. She was amazing

Like other home renovation stores, little help. If You know what your looking for your fine. If You need help, you'll be very lucky to find someone who knows what they are talking about. Either regarding a product or a product location within the store

Some not all employees are lacking the training they need. We had to make several trips due to getting the wrong information not a good experience until the third trip to the store

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since moving to Texas literally 3 years ago and have always enjoyed a great experience with friendly and helpful employees. I love shopping here for all my household and landscaping items.

I love Home Depot, but this is my absolute favorite location. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. I never hesitate to ask for help when I can't find something or for advice on what I need to complete a project. They are always, always glad to assist. The people in the Service Dept are beyond compare. Even the manager has stepped up to help me when a delivery and installation went awry and no one from the delivery company returned my calls. I was at a complete loss as to how to proceed, so went back to the store because I knew (not hoped--KNEW) they would help me. FYI, the manager stayed in touch with me until the problem was resolved. It just doesn't get any better than that.

I am a contractor and the Pro Sales rep Wes is the best, his manager Evan is great. The store manager Curtis is top notch and works overtime to keep the customers very happy. If there is ever an issue they immediately resolve it. I always prefer to spend my money here. I love this store.

I am in the Property Management Services and always have repairs and make ready's to do. The guys at this location are very friendly and helpful. This is why I always come to this store. Go check them out.

The Customer Service at This Home Depot at Howard Lane in Pflugerville was excellent!

Cashier ME was the most unprofessional person I've meet. She didn't even apologized for her behavior. I will never came back to this store again.

The Appliance Section Manager did an outstanding job and was very patience providing answers to all our questions about a new refrigerator we were purchasing. The Appliance Section Manager's professionalism and expertise were the main reasons we purchased the refrigerator. In fact, all the employees at the Howard Lane Home Depot are courteous and helpful. The Howard Lane Home Depot is My Store, and I highly recommend it to others. The store is always clean, products are always well organized, and most of all the employees are always helpful.

I have been to this location over 500 times in the past 11 years. I used to love it and know many workers there by name. Recently this location spent a lot of time and money going to self checkouts with only one clerk at a checkout after 9am. you can go to the service area to get checked out by those lines are pretty busy. You can also go to the far end if you like to walk that far to get a person to check you out than walk far to your car. I do not like having to scan(do the work) the items that I want to buy and listen to HD workers talk near me about their weekend plans. I feel they should be helping the costumer. Also the shampoo rental- The new blue rug doctor carpet cleaners are not as good as the past orange style. I have new carpet (less than 2 years) and the cleaner would only suck up 1/4 of the water put down. I would put down 2 gallons and it would pick up 1/2 gallon. Took 2 days to dry. Using the Oxy Deep Cleaner shampoo that was on the rack next to the shampoo didn't take out the coke stain that was on the carpet less than 2 weeks old. However I do love this store as it by far the cleanest HD stores around and the workers are very nice and know there stuff.
