This store in Huntington Beach is always a pleasant place to shop for my home needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Store is laid out very efficiently and I usually fine what I need andhardly have to wait in check-out lines.

Organized and Great Customer Service. Also has good deals from time to time. We love coming here because they have a better selection than some of the other Home Depots in the area.

I was able to find the nails I needed as part of my shopping and also benefited from a young mother who was looking for nails for her kids' summer projects. I overheard the information the sale assistant provided her, so I benefited from that as well.

Clean store. Helpful, friendly atmosphere. I never wait to long in the check line. If I can't find it, they will walk me to it.

After no success of availability for an air conditioner at the Burbank store for my father in law, a sales staff member indicated that the Hunting Beach store had them. I promptly called and was quickly assisted by a young man who said there was 1 left in stock. Mind you this is mid June so I would hope more Air Conditioners will be placed in stores. I drove 45 minutes to pick up the item after being alerted it was available. Kelsey at the pick up desk was super friend and very efficient, processing my cheek out quickly and calling for assistance to take the item to my car. The only reason I indicated in the survey I would most likely not shop at this store is due to the distance. I have a HD in my town of San Pedro.

LOVE this store. They have everything you could want. The employees are super helpful and will walk you all the way to the product you are looking for - even if it's five aisles away. They are consistent with friendly, helpful, and available associates! They are awesome sauce.

I wrote about this earlier in my summary. The attendant took initiative to spot my need and solved the bar code problem creatively and quickly while being beyond personable and pleasant. A very friendly interaction and efficient checkout experience.

Was this just a fluke or did I have the kindest, most pleasant and readily available and knowledgeable people to help me out today? I don't normally even do these reviews and surveys but this service has gratefully improved or maybe I just need to frequent the store on Thursday afternoons more.

James in appliances was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They also had the washer and dryer available quicker than Sears.

All the workers are friendly to me and each other.

Had to purchase plywood and paint. Paint dept helped me pick out the best paint for the job.

Flooring Dpt was well organized. Major appliance no one around went to Lowes 30 minutes later and bought a refrigerator.

Great spring sale promotions and great customer service.

i had to come in to grab floor cleaner and a couple garden tools. An employee steered me directly to the floor cleaners then i headed out to the garden tools and checked out in no time flat. Both the in-store employee and cashier were extremely friendly!

this store is kept very clean, I've been in many times and have had to wait no more than a minute or two for someone to help me find what I am looking for and the check out lines are usually short. The people in the nursery area are very helpful and knowlegable. I compaired prices with three other stores and found home depot to be the best.

I had to return an item, but I didn't have my receipt. Carlos was able to help me quickly and, because I had used my Home Depot card to purchase the item, he was able to refund the amount to my card without any receipt.

The store was tiddy And clean. The product was easy to locate.and the appliance associate was very knowledgeable. I shop at Home Depot alot.

took me few days to get my special order in was waiting for vender to answer some questions by the time we got the vender to answer the %15 promotion was over the cahier give hard time to my discount

Went in to get cactus soil for planting, got it then strolled around the garden department to look at more goodies.
