I have always found the staff to be Friedly and helpful. If they do not know the answer to my question they find someone who can answer it instead of making something up just to make the sale. I have never had a problem finding someone to help me lift the heavier items into my cart or get them into my truck.

I really love shopping at the Hutch Home Depot. The associates are fantastic!

Had not been in this store for months and had a wonderful experience....friendly, helpful staff. We will be back!

Each HD is roughly the same but this staff was exceptional in service.

The more seasoned employees were very helpful. The younger employees seemed less interested in providing service.

I shopped at the Home Depot on the first of January. Even though it was a holiday where most stores were closed Home Depot was open. The employees were accommodating and friendly even though it was a holiday. The web site helped us know exactly where the items we we’re shopping for was located.

We are not pleased at all with this store. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. No one and I mean NO ONE informed us that the flooring they insisted we pick up, had to be kept in the house. So when the installers came they wouldn't do the job because the humidity might not have been right. Our house is totally torn up and they can't get back to us for a month.

i purchased the sealer in under 15 minutes. i was surprised with the quick service i got.

This Hutchinson store has the nicest and most helpful employees around.

This Home Depot is on top of the game!! Every time I enter the store the cashier's are friendly and they always greet me. The Managers seem to know what they're doing and they do a great job with helping out the old folk like me. Overall I'd say this is the best Home Depot I've ever shopped at and I always recommend people to shop there!! I found the products really quick and I just want to say that the stockers and the night guys are just as friendly at night and I appreciate when they let me get my things before the store closes!! The store is always clean when I enter and I love this Home Depot!!!

"As mentioned before", the associate who helped me (BAILEY B.) was a new hire but very knowledgeable of help she provided. The facility was very well organized and easy to find the products for my purchase. The isles are very well marked at ceiling level to assist all shoppers to the correct area they are looking for!

This Home Depot has the most friendly, helpful staff of all the Home Depots I've visited. I come to Hutchinson Home Depot specifically because the customer service is so great.

Always enjoy shopping at our home town "Home" Depot! The staff is always friendly, ready to assist if you need it and above all, for me, I don't have to look for someone to assist me. They are always there, even sometimes right at the door when you come in. Amazing! Great store!!!

The help in the Hutchinson Store seem to be very Knowledgeable and Helpful!!! If you need help in the Cabinet and countertop isle ask for Ray Ray, she is amazing!!

Didn't feel employees cared we were in store to busy laughing and petting an unleashed dog
