People are extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being to pushy. They always treat you with respect and want to be helpful.

Store is clean .Everyone in this store is helpful and knows where things are at. We just went in and bought everything we needed for a new bathroom. We got help from a young man that stayed with us the whole time and got us everything we needed. and then helped us load it all.

Jes was very helpful with all that was on my list from a dryer to a yard owl. I was very impressed with her and she did know the store. She was very good to make sure I had everything that I needed.

Everyone was friendly and didn't sound fake or like that had to greet or help you they acted like they really enjoy their job didn't mind helping at all. Everyone I passed said hi how are you or Did you find everything alright

Customer service at the returns desk exceeded my expectations.

We went in on Memorial Day to buy a gas grill after looking at the ad online. We went to the competitor and price and quality compared then came back for purchase at Home Depot. We had great customer service both from our sales gal in the grill Department as well as the customer service person on this trip. Though they were selling hot dogs for customer appreciation, I got the impression that these employees we encountered are this consistently nice and helpful on a given day. thank you!

As an aging codger I dreaded the trip thinking about pushing a heavy cart of fence posts, pickets, rails, Quikrete, and more around a big box store. I needn't have worried. I was quickly approached by a young man who pushed the cart, helped select straight lumber, offered advice, walked me through checkout and loaded my truck. Home Depot should be proud... Now, if my grandson shows up next weekend we'll build a fence!

The store is always clean, uncluttered and easy to shop. Staff seems to make a point of seeing anyone who seems "lost" (me !) and asks to help clear the fog !!
