Our freezer failed on Dec. 23rd. We had an emergency need for a new one and had no help from 3 other stores the day before Christmas Eve because of no delivery services. We live in McPherson, KS. 25 miles away from this Hutchinson Store. Specialty Sales Assistant Manager, Josh Uhlik quickly located an employee with a truck and another to assist him in following us home and delivering our new freezer on that day. He saved Christmas and we will be returning for the rest of our home repairs!

THIS IS THE MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL HOME DEPOT I HAVE BEEN TO AND I HAVE TRAVILED AND LIVED ALL OVER THIS COUNTRY.

There are always plenty of employees available & ready to help if you need help, you don't have to walk all over the store trying to find help.

This Home Depot store has a good selection and very knowledgeable/helpful associates. We recently purchased flooring tile and appliances and had an excellent purchasing experience both times.

We live almost an hour from this store I needed a item to finish a remodel that the stores in Wichita did not have and had to have the project finished before Christmas. Was a great drive took my wife and she talked about all the things I needed to know about anyway love this store all the employees were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Must have great Mgmt. because the team members are always a reflection of their attitude.

After searching by phone in 4 counties for an indoor window blind, Hutch Home Depot HAD IT!!!! I was helped right away & got it cut to size. I have had great help from several different sections of this Home Depot. When looking for rock to put on outside of my home, one employee found some online for me.

The people at the Hutchinson, KS Home Depot are very helpful and friendly. They are willing to ask if any assistance is needed and if so either help or find someone in a department to help.

Every time I'm in there which is alot due to us remodeling our home everyone is very nice and very helpful. There has been a few employees that don't know much of what we are asking but they always find the right person to help.

Went in for some lumber. They were out of what I wanted but the staff helped me find something even better and then matched the price.

Tends to have more materials than Lowes that is also in Hutchinson. We prefer the store in Hays better than Hutch. Better service, more organized, etc. Over all still very happy to shop at Home Depot in Hutchinson Kansas

While the employees on the floor were friendly, they did not assist in locating the needed items. When asked they merely pointed me in the direction of the aisle they thought the product I was looking for might be in. As you know, there are thousands of items in any given aisle, leaving me to search on my own. Also, aisles and end caps (protruding into aisles) make it difficult to maneuver.

If you need appliances go see "Angela" She solved our appliance purchases, delivery and set ups' by going above and beyond what would normally be done. Thank you

After trying two hardware stores in town I went to homedepot where I ask for someone who knows plumbing. The fellow they sent knew exactly what part I needed and found it in 60 seconds.. Thanks to him and the friendly cashier I was a happy camper.

the workers, including Josh, a manager, were very helpful and stayed with us as we contemplated what to do for the ceiling and lighting in our basement. They are quite excited to see how our unusual plan will work out. And they didn't laugh at the plan! Also very helpful in working with my husband about the shelving he will be doing soon.
