The employees at the Jasper Home Depot are top notch - always so friendly and helpful! I’ve never seen such an organized home improvement store - I can always find what I’m looking for.

We needed to order some windows and the person that helped us I think his name was Jay, took his time to ask questions for what we needed and made sure that all of our questions we answered.

Great store and the help there is great.

We purchased a washer/dryer combo. Associates were knowledgeable and helpful with our questions, as well as helping us to get our best deal.

The store employee was very kind. He attended to our needs, answered questions, and went out of his way to help us locate what we needed.

Really appreciate this store. It has the product that a homeowner needs to do there own home improvements. We do not have a many stores that we can find certain products, but we can count on Home Depot!

Employees rarely ask to help. Usually you have to track down someone to ask and then that person doesn't know anything because they don't work in that area.

The guy at the service desk was most helpful, polite and friendly! He directed me to the exact location of the item I was looking for; and, since I was in a hurry (always), the cashier was friendly and quick to check me out as well.

We can usually find everything we need every time we shop. We use the online order and pick up somethimes and we always receive great and timely service. Gus has been an employee that we consistenty see on our visits and even when we are not shopping for items in his department, he is always very helpful in getting us the assistance we need. So very thankful to have this store so close and well stocked since we are building a home right now. Makes things so easy for us. Thank you Jasper Home Depot!

The Home Depot in Jasper In is a very nice store. Employees are friendly and if not busy are there to help the customer.

Store was clean and in order. Employees were busy, but were quick to provide assistance and to help me check out and help get purchased product out to-and into my mom's car.

Waited over 45 minutes to get an items unlocked outside. "BOB" seemed upset he had to come outside in the heat to unlock an item and never said sorry for your wait.

Chrystal was so helpful and made sure were were satisfied with the picnic table we were going to buy.

The store was clean, as were the restrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not request assistance, but an employee from flooring saw my daughter and I looking at vinyl flooring and offered to help us. He found the product we wanted and loaded it onto the cart for us.

Saturday 10/11AM. Entered the building through the main door- returns only. Went to garden dept with plans to get some concrete edging blocks and other supplies for project. (browsed App prior to arriving at store so I knew what all I would be needing and all showed instock) To start there were no flat bed carts in the garden area. The garden gate was closed so i had to walk back out the returns door, walk down to garden, grab a flat bed cart, walk back into the store, back to outside garden only to then realize that the block I wanted was out on the shelf. 2 pallets in overhead. No one around to ask for help. Continued to look for other items on list- same issue. Weed block, pavestone sand, plastic edging. Mulch was not priced but loaded what I needed only to realize I had to cart this across the entire store to checkout. Then cart it back across the entire parking lot to load in the truck. Was wanting flowers yet too but i was not about to do the entire process all over again. Planned on spending close to $300-400 but only spent $100. If i go back it will only be during the weekdays before 1pm when the associates who wear the orange shirts are there. Seems they are the only ones that work there and I get much better service from them.
