There have been numerous obstacles during my last 3 purchases. Assist. Mgr David, Alan in the paint dpt., Alan in the carpeting dept. have gone to extremes to insure the customer was served. I have, in the past, taught customer service in retail and know from experience when a REAL effort is being made. These 3 are excellent reps of that store.

Excellent service great employees will help even without having to ask for it.

The store was neat and clean with so many people on the floor willing to help you with whatever you need. When we were second in line, another cashier let us know she had no one waiting in her line.

Very nice store and the employees in paint department were top notch. Tested paint matching for existing colors, and replaced a gallon of paint that was mistakenly made wrong color without any hassle.

Employees will ask you if you need help and not go the other way if they see you coming, as some other home improvement stores. Always courteous and eager to help.

Great shopping experience!! We were buying a refrigerator for my mother. Terry, the Appliance Specialist, was very helpful in finding just what she wanted. I would definitely purchase from Home Depot again!!

I needed long distance help, called the Johnson City store and was lucky that Whitney came on the line. She acted like my request was a piece of cake (it kind of wasn't), and made it happen in a matter of minutes. I just don't know how I could've been taken care of any better.

The customer service at this store is consistently amazing. For me it's worth driving the extra distance.

Store was clean , employees were nice, we did ask to see beadboard and the employee was not really sure of what we were asking for, could be in the lumber dept. was the answer given....

i am a vet and i appreciate home depot thinking of our vets with our discount it really helps and i hope their business grows more and more prices are good and products to employs are attentive and helpful especially a lady named linda in lighting department

I liked the store because it was not dirty and i found all i needed also the chasiher was super nice

I went in with a Broken Home Depot Credit card and was given the red carpet treatment in helping me to remedy the problem. Also this was my 1st attempt to try Pex Pipe plumbing from galvanized and one man spent nearly 1 hour helping me pick out all the items I would need for my project and reviewed the procedure of using the tools to make sure I understood. I had a literally great experience there. That particular day every associate I came in contact with seemed genuinely happy to assist and glad to be there. Mgt must be awesome at motivational programs. "Cudos" to the entire team at the Johnson City Home Depot.....

Glad to see shopping baskets now available as well as carts.

I love shopping at this Home Depot store. It has a great selection in all departments. I love the garden dept. the selection of plants and flowers, along with all gardening needs is amazing. I enjoy doing small jobs around the house along with landscaping and I get most of my plants and building supplies at this Home Depot. I do have one complaint, and it was at the Windows dept. My wife and I want two windows replaced and we left our information with the clerk at the window dept. desk. The following day we received a called from an 800 number from a very nice lady who informed me that the representative for my area (Erwin Tn) would call me to schedule an appointment to get a quote. Three weeks have gone by and no one has called. We contracted a local vendor and they will be replacing our windows next week. It is disappointing that Home Depot did not follow through with our original request.

I entered the store in doubt whether to buy a washer/dryer. One employee quickly gave me directions to the appliances. Another employee showed up without delay. My questions were answered informatively without any pressure to make the purchase or upgrade. The decision turned out to be an easy one. A very good shopping experience.

I Recently moved to Tennessee from Florida. I purchased a home and I have been to the Home Depot several times. I don’t know much about handiwork and the employees were so helpful and spent time assisting me locate items, re-keyed door locks, giving me ideas for what I needed to do. They also gave me information about the city and answered many questions. They were amazing. So friendly and helpful.

This store location always so easy to get in, get whats needed with there helpful employees, & get checked out.
