I have been going to this store since it opened, and I have to say that it is the best Home Depot. I used to frequent the Smithfield store more, but this store has very helpful associates who are professional and courteous to the customers. I highly recommend this store.

Clean, good amount of stock and all the employees go out of their way to help you, even the manager broke free from what he was doing to notify us my infant dropped something and offered his assistance in finding anything we still needed.

All of the employees in this store were extremely accommodating.Sorry that I did not get their names.Next time.I Love Home Depot!!!!!!

The best place for all your home needs! My grown children now do all there shopping for home repairs, new appliances and light fixtures at Home Depot. Very pleasant employees. Have never had a bad experience.

I flip houses and condos for many years now. very knowledgeable people here. If I had many questions for many products, they sought out folks for me, and then made sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase or had gotten any and all the info that was needed. great store. They understand the meaning of fast but accurate.

I asked the Associate for a specific size container of paint. There was none on the shelf and Associate made no effort to check stock. Associate in Paint department suggested I go to Sherwin Williams store nearby when there was no product on the shelf. Nor did the associate offer alternative choices. I use Behr paints as a matter of choice, the clerk mix a paint color I chose, but; it was mixed with Glidden,

Three weeks ago, we purchased $2,200.00 of carpeting, installation, padding from the Johnston, RI store for our son and daughter-in-law as a gift. In fact, it will be installed next Wednesday, August 23rd. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product they chose and VERY patient with the time it took for them to make their decision. We will be purchasing carpeting for OUR living room next month and also will be going to the Johnston Home Depot. Thank you for putting a store in our town.

This Home Depot store has a really GREAT TEAM of employees and it is the "old fashioned customer service" that keeps me coming back on about a weekly basis.

It is the superior TEAM of employees and the SUPERIOR quality of SERVICE and products that keeps me coming back. I really really like the order online and pick up in store service. I wanted a small pick axe so I went on line checked inventory and I found out that there was only one left. I placed my order on Tuesday and picked it up on the following Saturday. Before I picked up the small pick I went to where it would have been, and I had gotten the last one. This is why I like this service.
