Generally a very friendly staff with the exception of a few grumpy menopausal women. I love Pop Pop Steve and all the senior team members! It’s like a bunch of loving grandparents who want to help!

The Help I received From Jim Mearns in the plumbing department is always outstanding. I shop at many home Depot locations and he is by far your most valuable associate in any department. He is knowledgeable , helpful and pleasant to work with. Jim is truly an asset to you team. You could use more like Jim.

I wanted to comment about Home Depot associate Jane. Who worked in the front of the store. She took the time to help me locate several items that were up in the storage rack system. She also was able to get another associate to get a fork lift to retrieve these items. Even though it took some effort to accomplish this it really did not take too much . Jane was very pleasant to work with and I will certainly return to Home Depot King of Prussia Pa. the next I need Materials for a job Thank You

JESSE IS VERY HELP AND SINCERE

Usually Home Depot - KOP is on track with customer service. However, customer service supervisor, Tina, is rough and tough. She is not acclimated to common courtesy and professional behavior. She is rude, and needs to learn that customers pay paychecks. If you see Tina at the customer service desk, steer clear and wait for another service representative.

FANTASTIC STORE, GREAT PEOPLE!!! The folks at the store went way out of their way to help me. They helped me pick out the product, cut it down to fit my car, and all with a positive attitude on a very busy pre Christmas Saturday morning. THANK YOU!!!!

Best service I've ever received. My pick up order was lost, so the sales flooring associate, Jack, drove to another Home Depot, picked up the stock and delivered it to my house. In addition to this above and beyond service, I have always had a great experience with any of the associates who have helped me in other departments!

The Home Depot #4188 , 181 S Gulph Rd Store, King Of Prussia, Pa, is one of my favorite Home Depots. The products are wonderful and shop here at least three to four times a month. I find the products easily, and when I can not find the products easily, due to time with my schedule I ask a employee and the are always willing to help me, in fact they guide to the product and make my purchase very easy. The store is neat and clean, the associates are friendly, helpful, and make shopping experience enjoyable, and a pleasure to return.

The King Of Prussia was filled with Home Depot Associates today. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Shelves were filled and the items I needed were in sufficient quantities. I went to self check out, numerous registers only one person ahead of me. Cashier came over and started to bag the items I scanned. Two men were there to help load at the Contractors Exit. An enjoyable visit to this large store.

Michael Z in the cabinet design department is a pro. He was so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We needed something that looked similar to our current cabinets since we are adding a peninsula to our kitchen and he was able to match something as close as we possibly could. We changed the design a few times and he was prompt at making the changes getting the new design and pricing back to us. If you are looking for someone who can help you design your kitchen I would highly recommend Michael Z in the KOP store. This store has more options in terms of inventory than some of the other Home Depot stores in the area.
