the Tool Rental dept with John and Greg have been very helpful to me , as a woman sometimes i get intimidated by equipment I havent used before or how to tackle large jobs---yet John and Greg provide clear instructions helpful hints and get me on my way to getting the job done on our farm thank you John and Greg !!

The associate at the paint department was very helpful and give us very good ideas on how to use the paint more effectively. A young man associate in the garden center was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was very nice. The overall experience was really great!

As I said in the survey, to be completely honest this is the first store we’ve been in where all of the employees had smiles on their faces, genuinely happy to see you, more than willing to assist. The ones we did talk to, had great senses of humor. The employees at the Lake Geneva Home Depot made our experience a lot of fun! Whatever the manager there is doing to keep happy employees...keep it up!! Thank you

This store is mostly self-check and does not usually have a human checkout person. Very inconvenient for large items and multiple items.

I have shopped many different Home Depot stores and this one is by far the best

Great Store and knowledgeable staff!

The store employee's are rude! They are more worried about getting out of work then helping which is part of their job! If they were that concerned they should have asked if we needed help finding anything and going out of their way to get it. But instead they are rude and say the store is closing in 10 minutes and continue to sit behind their little desk doing nothing!

Approachable and helpful staff, willing to bring you to the item you are looking for instead of pointing or giving you directions.

Friendly and helpful

Having frequented many Home Depot locations over the years, we had an especially pleasant 'stand out' experience at this location in Lake Geneva, WI. On a late Monday night, near close, no one there made us feel like we were imposing or had to hurry. Claude took us from aisle to aisle finding everything we needed and Sara cheerfully checked us out. Mondays are difficult at best - and they made the end to ours much nicer. Good job, Lake Geneva!

Very well stocked store and knowledgeable clerks.

This store is always busy with traffic because Lake Geneva is a very high traffic area with shopping nearby. Each time I go to this store staff are ready to help. Any other Home depot that does not have the same amount of high volume of customers I can never find anyone for assistance. The store is always clean.

Tom in plumbing did a great job of getting a hot water heater and installation for me. Prompt, friendly, and delivered above and beyond my expectations.

FRIENDLIEST MOST HELPFUL STAFF AT ANY HOME DEPOT STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. LOVE THE GARDEN STAFF, WISH I COULD REMEMBER ALL THEIR NAMES. CHERYL WAITED ON ME THE LAST TIME IN STORE. VERY REFLECTIVE OF OUR SMALL CITY ENVIRONMENT.

Staff was extreamly helpful in guiding out purchase of a new washer and dryer. Highly recommend the Lake Geneva Home Depot!

I just love these Home Depot

everyone at this store was so helpful to my husband and I during our visit to purchase some mulch. we ended up buying some plants also that were on sale and dirt too. our cashier Cheryl was very helpful and offered us the credit card offer that saved even more money. she was very knowledgeable and cheerful through the whole experience. the second bonus for us were the wonderful young men that helped us load 40 bags of mulch. thank you Cheryl and the young men with more muscles than us.

Two employees told me what isle did nothing more, Claude instantly knew what I needed and had it. I even then bought vacum cleaner too. Excellent employee!

Great customer service. Associates will go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. The store is clean and employees are friendly. One employee spoke as to how Home Depot was a very employee friendly place to work. I was happy to hear that, as you don't find that to be the case these days with other companies.

I shop at this HD often, it's my main HD store. The place is always clean and if I need assistance I can usually find help from a helpful person.
