I like the location (close to Cedar Park on 183) - it is very convenient. The store is big enough to find all the required items.

I have received excellent service from this Home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have what I need - and can order it if it’s not in stock. It’s clean. Did I mention the friendly and helpful staff? I am continually surprised at the quality of service I receive from the staff at this store. I highly recommend them.

The store is well stocked and the employees are always courteous and helpful. The store is neat and clean and there is ample parking available. The one thing i would like to see more is the variety of indoor plants which this store lacks.

This review relates ONLY to my purchase of appliances. While my experiences with other departments at this store have been positive, my appliances nightmare has been so horrific that the average is brought down to 1 star. Recently I bought a washer, a dryer and a fridge from Home Depot, all made by GE. All 3 are delivered on 10/22/19. The washer door leaks and I receive a replacement unit on 11/1/19. The motor on the replacement unit is faulty, so that it does not spin. I ask for help from corporate and the store agrees to accept a return. Meanwhile, my 10-day-old fridge starts making high-pitched screeching noises. The store refuses a return in this case and says my only recourse is to ask GE for warranty repairs. After a cursory glance, GE's in-house repairman says the noise is normal. But an external service sent by GE to give me a second opinion discovers that the fridge is losing cooling power due to a faulty compressor. A replacement compressor is requested, but 13 days later, I am still waiting for it to arrive. Between the washer and fridge, I have now had to take 7 days off work (and counting). I have also spent hours on hold during follow up phone calls to arrange for these appointments. After all this time and frustration - not to mention $2500 spent - I have not even been able to use these appliances! Yes, the poor product quality and slow sourcing of replacement parts are GE's fault, but the combination of Home Depot's decision to stock these unreliable products, along with its very limiting 48-hour return policy on appliances, spells disaster for customers in the event of product defects. I would highly recommend that others steer clear of this or any other Home Depot store on appliance purchases.

Lakeline Home Depot is always a pleasure for me. I know they will always have in stock what I need or I can get it ordered to arrive there. The real treat is the always helpful staff. Too many to name but I want to mention that the manager, Mike, is super friendly and always helpful. He has helped me many times over the past 2 years, yesterday, he opened and got behind the 2nd register to help with the line that started to build (only 1 other person was in line behind me). I believe this customer service example he sets gets passed down to the rest of the staff there because I have yet to have a bad encounter with anyone at this location

The team at this store always goes above and beyond to help. I have been shopping at this store for 14 years and have always had a great experience there.

The Home Depot at Lakeline is very helpful. We have purchased lumber and major appliances at the Lakeline store. My complaint is with the Cedar Park store. We live in Bertram, Texas and when we visit the Home Depot in Cedar Park we have to beg for help to unload lumber into our vehicle. I have talked to the manager several times but we always get the same results. I'm sorry we'll get someone to help you and then we have to wait 15 minutes for someone to help us. We don't shop at the Home Depot in Cedar Park anymore. We're currently building a shed in the back and have taken our purchases for wood to the Loew's in Marble Falls or Leander.

I came in for bathroom repair supplies. Employee BJ in the plumbing department was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending a product that was better for my project. He then checked me out - I was in and out, and on my way to rest of my Saturday.

My visit the Lakeline store today was excellent. I purchased lumber for a Halloween project and needed a couple of boards cut. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Everything I needed was in stock, and there was no line at check-out. I was offered assistance loading the lumber into my vehicle though I graciously declined. The store was clean with plenty of help available.
