Always easy to find products and helpful employees

Lee found all of the grout cleaning tools I needed. On top of that, he walked me to the cleaning supply aisle and showed me Zep Grout Cleaner. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is going to save me a couple thousand dollars since I won’t need to tear out the ceramic tile in my kitchen.

On my recent trips to Home Depot I learned of the discount coupons and have saved over 600.00 I Love it.. Thanks Home Depot..

Always happy with this location for purchases. Employees are always eager to help. They know their stuff and if they don’t they call others over. For purchases they are great. Rental department you need half a day to rent anything. If you are going to rent, be prepared to wait at least an hour if not two to check out

On my last visit, the Cashier said that Home Depot was no longer going to honor military IDs for discount. In the future, you will have to have an app on a smart phone. Bad move.

Usually always have it in stock

I had a list of items that wound up taking me all over the Madison store. Multiple employees directed up to exactly where to find each item. In the garden department, Kiana helped us find exactly the right chemical to rid my yard of crab grass. Everyone was cheerful and happy to help. I always leave happy.

Great service and staff very helpful and welcoming, my only peeve is that aisles are sometimes crowded with stock or displays that make it difficult to manage a material cart

Newt is a friendly, extremely helpful associate in the garden center.

An employee let a $3000 package I bought go out the doors without confirmation or checking driver's license to prove it was me. So someone else is enjoying my roof and my home is wet inside. And no one at home depot in Madison,TN will return my calls or give me any answers. They couldn't even confirm that my credit card number was safe so had to also cancel my card. I truly hope and pray someone does the right thing and this gets resolved and soon!

Kiana in the garden center was so nice and very helpful. Highly recommend the quality and quantity of flowers/ plants they have in stock.

Overall this is a good Home Depot store. Staff is helpful and friendly. Today, I bought flowers. It was well stocked and they had a few decent sales.

If you find a product that is cheaper on their own website than it is in their stores, you may want to think twice about asking for them to match it. I drove 45 minutes from Clarksville to Madison to get a saw and asked for a $15 price match, took almost 15 minutes for their manager to finally give approval. So be prepared to be willing to spend a minute of your life for every dollar in price match you're asking for.

chimney and flooring is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He goes out of his way to ensure that I get the products and services I need, and when something goes awry, he make sure it gets fixed. He has excellent follow up skills. He is friendly he is courteous and kind and my go to guy.

I bought a microwave here and has been the best one I've ever had.

I needed to spend a gift card so I walked the entire store looking for what to buy. I couldn’t get over how nice everyone was in every single department. Everyone was smiling and happy to help! They were very well stocked, clean and couldn’t have been more friendly! What a great experience!

I just moved to Madison, and have had a series of things, big and small, to purchase and fix. Without fail, the staff on Gallatin Pike were friendly and helpful, brought me to the items that I needed to buy, and even connected me with a handyman for the jobs I couldn't do on my own. I'll definitely be back!
