We went into the Rivergate location to purchase all new cabinets for our remodel and had a great experience!

The Garden department was sooo friendly and informative. I’ll go back to the store just to look at flowers so I experience real customer service that is rare in the day and time .

I love Home Depot. The employees are very helpful and will drop what they are doing in order to help someone out. The store is very clean and well stocked.

Regardless of the project, Home Depot is the only place I can count on to have what I need when I need it. Home Depot is also my main source for tool purchases

The garden center has a fairly good selection of plants but they are very poorly maintained. Even in today’s employee market i if the Garden Center had someone knowledgeable about the plants and kept them watered and vibrant I believe it would be profitable for everyone concerned. The store is convenient and got the most part usually has the products we need for projects. Sometimes the employees are friendly and helpful but sometimes they are NOT! We all have bad days but need to be friendly and helpful working with the public. Since competition is so high I would suggest outdoing them in the relationship field since “ a nail is a nail”. in both stores!

So many helpful employees, especially in the garden center.

I went to pick up a piece of vinyl flooring. A young lady by the name of Kianna jumped up from the desk she was sitting at and helped me. She had never done the job before but was anxious to learn how and did it flawlessly

I've shopped here for years & I'm always treated A1 Returns, help, ordering, you name it Home Depots been there to provide

This Store had rats running around a few times while I was shopping

I needed a five gallon container of paint mixed but Store was out of the five gallon base paint that I needed. So a worker named Kim helped me with this situation. I was satisfied with it and she even loaded all of my paint into my vehicle.

Dogs may be a part of someone’s family, but it is not a part of everyone’s family or life. My grandchildren have allergies and one has severe reactions with dogs. Individuals are beginning to bring dogs in to the store with no rhyme or reason. And all dogs are not friendly. Dogs are not a necessity to shop (except for the blind). There will be a lawsuit sooner or later. My hopes are that Home Depot makes a better effort in allowing SERVICE DOGS, not ALL dogs in the shopping area.

Extremely helpful employees throughout store. First time in a long time I went to a store and was thoroughly empresses with the employees.

I bought paint 5 years ago and it is as fresh as when I first painted

I brought a dryer one year ago and now returned to purchase a washer. Great experience with the dryer.

This Home Depot is farther from my house, but will be my Home Depot going forward. I have never experienced the kindness and level of customer service as I did at this Home Depot. I have shopped in many Home Depot’s across multiple states.

She was super energetic and welcoming and when I asked for a specific item she walked me all the way back to the department I needed.

I needed help with blinds. I had blinds installed in 2009 from the Madison store and I needed to replace two damaged blinds. Lee showed me all of my options and gave me pricing on everything. I set up a new install measure and he took care of everything. He was very helpful. If you need help with blinds, go see Lee at the Madison store.

The way Home Depot helped me choose and buy paints for my interior remodeling job was absolutely outstanding - the quality of your paint is top notch! I was able get the exact types of base I needed for different areas and was shown how use the color swatches to get just the right look. The swatches were very true compared with my purchased paint. When I forgot exactly what I had already gotten and needed more of it, Home Depot was able to find the record of my previous purchase to match it exactly, and was even able to match some colors I had liked from a different company.

Store is good but you have a crazy old raspy voice white lady that is rude as heck!

I prefer Home Depot over others any day of the week. Good service, and clean store. Agents are very helpful and very apt to help you.you can't beat the prices and value.
