Excellent shopping experience. Received help from several employees that went above and beyond!

Dorisha was my cashier twice in one week. Both times she went above and beyond her normal duties to help me. She is one excellent employee! And she was really friendly and fun to work with.

Not one associate offered to help and even walked away from us. The cashier told us to find another register i.e., "A SELF CHECKOUT."

We went into Home Depot not knowing of any options for flooring in our basement that can get wet. Daniele came up and asked us if we needed help and boy did she. Daniele not only showed us the products available but helped us decide on which type of flooring, helped us with another project and assisted us through checkout. We must also acknowledge Anita for giving our pup her special “love filled treats”. Love this store and we will be visiting often!!!

Every individual at this store has always been very helpful to me as a customer and always go beyond the call of duty to help me out. Awesome!

This is a great store. It’s always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

We have no issue with the store. It is one of our favorite Depots. Our issue is with the misguided Battle Wounded Veteran parking slots and the insult to the 8,700,000 not wounded veterans. Most Battle Wounded Veterans qualify for disabled parking.

I was having trouble at the self-checkout with replacement water bottles and Heather was so kind and helpful!

Went to buy a sump pump battery at a good price, only to find you have to pay 22 dollars for the acid without which the battery is useless. Should be sold together.

The Maple Grove store is so clean, organized and run by wonderful and knowledgeable people! They can answer all your questions as well as help you with anything. I highly recommend them!!!

Upon entering the store, I generally am met by someone asking how they can help. If the store is extremely busy I am told the general location of the product that I am looking for. If the store is not busy I am often escorted to the product.

Kala was a fantastic help in getting the right laminate flooring I needed for my kitchen and dining room.

Great store, friendly and courteous

This store is very clean and organized. I bring my lab there for training in future therapy dog work...I have no worries that she will get into something she shouldn't.

The employees who helped us went way over and beyond our expectations in getting what we needed and wanted. I will definitely be shopping this Home Depot again (it's not the closest to me, but it's worth the drive).
