Brenda, the cashier, made sure that the prices were correct. Hats off to the loader! First time I haven't had to load things by myself!!

I had to pick up some items for a job I was working on and the Midtown store was really close. I pop in and grab what I need. The cashier, Jenny, was super helpful and friendly. The next day I realized I bought more than I needed, since I was in that part of town again I popped in and hit the returns desk. The line was a little long but not too bad. DeLaquan got me in and out in record time and was very professional. Good marks all around.

I have been shopping at this location for a couple years. In general the staff are not as friendly or helpful as other HD stores I have shopped at.

I've lived a few blocks from this store since it opened and shop often, especially in the garden center, Maxine the cashier in the garden center has been working there for years and has helped me several times and is faster, friendlier, and more efficient than most others. These are the people that keep customers coming back.

Having recieved a call on 7/30 from employee named Mike of your store addressed as 650 Ponce De Leon Atlanta for informing me that my military healthcare ID was found at this store. I honestly had no clue that I lost the card and being that it's been around a month since I do recall stopping there to shop one day. Thank goodness for folks like Mike and for knowing that one of his elders served our U.S. military as well. I salute you Mike, you're God sent. - Elias

Waited in curbside pickup for half an hour then went inside. If you’re not going to actually deliver curbside then don’t put it up.

I had a curbside pick up issue. Customer Service took care of me is such a pleasant and fast manner that I felt like the most important customer in the store this day.

Always very happy with the employees and the service they give. But to day not to happy. They were letting people in without a mask plus several employees did not have them on, and one of the employees that helped did not have his on. It is the law in the city of Atlanta!!!!!

We have had 4 funeral back to back and I was in the Home Depot In GRIEF. The HELPED WE RECEIVED PUT A BIG SMILE IN MY HEART. THANKS TO: *KAMAL *CAMILLE *MATT *NAILAH THE WHOLE ENTIRE STORE DESERVE MUCH HONOR. GOD, BLESS US EVERYONE.

A dedicated person to answer the phones would be great. The phone rings, and rings and rings and even when you get someone to answer, it's usually someone in customer service who is only handling in person returns and no one wants to be bothered by answering the phones. When someone at the 800 # answers, they have not been able to assist either. Several times I've called the store and the phone literally rings 10 minutes and no one answers.

The attendant that I work with today was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I checked out at 6:55 p.m. she informed me that she was closing the garden center doors at 7 with actually turned out to be earlier than she was supposed to. I told her that two of her fellow associate were about to load up a pallet of bricks into my vehicle and they were meeting me at this door coming from the garden center where I was checking out at which is funny because I brought the tag to her and she had just ring me up for the pallet of bricks in addition to the last of $1,000 worth of flowers that I bought today alone. After bringing my cart of flowers down to the lumber area 10 minutes later she walks up and tells me to come back down the garden center to get loaded up. At 6:58 I was standing outside of the garden center looking at the two gentlemen who were nice enough to offer and load the pallet. But she wanted to close so badly that I had to walk the entire length of the store just to turn around because it also didn't make sense to her fellow employees that they would got the other side of the store to load up a pallet of bricks from garden center

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience at Home Depot today. My AC went out. On my first visit Coral and Vans helped me with an air conditioner purchase but I inadvertently bought the wrong one, upon my return I realized that I forgot my mask! There was a young man outside with another guest and overheard me talking to my exclamation. He told me to hold on he disappeared into the store and returned with a mask for me!!! I wish I had gotten his name because that was a gesture that I truly appreciated. I had Yolanda and DeAntwayne help me out inside the store with my exchange. However Coral and Vans recognized me and jumped in to see if they could help as well. I ended up with a discount on the air conditioner that I wanted and met 5 of the nicest people that turned my ever so hot and frustrating day into a pleasant day. Thank you to the unknown young man, Vans, Coral, Yolanda and DeAntwayne.

The manager Shadonna diffused a dot.com situation and provided excellent customer service.

GREAT ECPERIENCE WITH MIKA

I found an irigation tubing out it's pack on the floor in gardening with out a price but just the length I need, lucky for me I went to a cashier on my level. She checked with her manager to see how she should price the item, I paid with out a problem and Centeria was very helpful with directing me to plumbing to get my next item, but checked me out because she wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any problems with my tubing. I really felt like she listened and helped me quickly and I feel any other cashier wouldn't have understoof my project, I am thankful for Centeria listening and extending a helping hand, I thought she was very nice to go out her way.

The associates at this particular store are very attentive to customers' needs and many of them use their knowledge, experience and creativity to solve project issues that sometimes pop up at my rental properties.....
