Nobody said hello, offered to help, and the store was dirty.

I needed boards cut for a project and associate cut them in the exact length I needed. I only have a car so I couldn't haul board home and cut it.

The item I wanted met my requirement to a "T". Price was right, associates were very helpful and liked the overall appearance of the store!

I was happy with the help I received, and the information provided about the product I needed to purchase

Home Depot in mountain home Missouri is the best! They are polite and very cheap we love this store!

Sunday afternoon and we had driven 90 minutes to get there. We were greeted at the door, but that is pretty common for big box stores now. As we shopped throughout the store however, we were greeted by every employee we came in contact with. And they were all willing to help us find whatever we were looking for and answered all our questions. If you are a professional contractor or a novice like us, this is the store to go to. The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff is top notch. We were purchasing 10 boxes of laminate flooring and Rob Hurt offered to put them on a pallet and wrap them with plastic so he could load it into the back of our truck and we wouldn't have to worry about the pending rain. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot in Mountain Home.

Mountain Home Store - Great Store because of its Great Employees!

Every person in multiple departments was very knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely be doing more shopping at this store.

I came to the store with a pretty long list for a project, and found almost everything, plus saved money.

This store is always clean and well organized, making finding what I need quick and easy.

Easy visit. Items found and were cheaper than other stores.

Went to Lowes first, they told me what isle to look in but didn't help me, couldn't find it, so went to Home Depot was helped took me to item.

employees hank and sally were very helpful. hank is a master gardener and gave me the correct information for my project. Sally made sure that we got the sale prices advertised in the store flyer and loaded items in our vehicle

We needed help and it did not take long to find someone, in fact they asked us before we could. She went out of her way to help us and check out was fast.

The store was COOL and it was so hot outside. WE got all the help we needed. especially from Sheryl who went the extra mile for us.

The personnel in this store are always exceptional. Willing to help in anyway at all times. We are always greeted at the door and always as we encounter any employee unless they are busy with another customer. The assistance we receive is exceptional. From the cashier to the managers, we have always been treated exceptionally well. We live approximately 75 miles between Mt. Home, Arkansas and Poplar Bluff, Missouri. We will choose to go to Mt. Home store each and every time because of the employees.

Store was clean, well lighted and the customer service was excellent! Product lines were well displayed. I was able to find what I wanted and had the items loaded by the staff. Tim (Store manager) has a well run store!

The Home Depot in Mountain Home Arkansas is really a beautiful store. The store is full of great merchandise, The prices of the products in the store are priced low. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and organized.

Employees very helpful with questions and recommendations. Did not have to search for help for 30 minutes, they were right there!

I needed an 18 volt Black and Decker battery. My other batteries are getting old and do not hold a charge very long. I was hoping to get a "deal" on the purchase of two batteries - no such luck. The associate I spoke with helped me find the battery I purchased. She was very nice and helped me look for the deal I was hoping for.

Greeted at entrance, friendly and efficient cashier, employees available through out store for assistance.

Employee typically go "out of their way" to achieve customer satisfaction. It's a great store to shop!

Have always had a good shopping experience here. being somewhat handicapped the employees are very helpful with lifting and loading. One time I had to return a large item that proved to have been damaged in shipment even though the original container had shown no signs of damage. I contacted a store employee on entering the store and he got a cart and unloaded it from our vehicle, got another down for us while we did the return and promptly loaded it for us after we opened it to make sure it did not nave the same problem. Always get the same employee response at this store.
