I went to buy a faucet for my kitchen sink and was helped by theIr supervisor in plumping, Patrick. He went out of his way, on a very busy day, to help me with all of my questions and concerns. This is by far the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had shopping for home improvement goods. If you’re reading this Patrick, thank you for patiently helping me today. I know little about home improvement yet left there feeling like a pro about kitchen faucets! You’re awesome!!

I’m very happy every time I shop there, their staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful, besides I always find what I go there for.! Just another happy customer.

We received the best customer service from Maria Rios. I called looking for an air purifier after evacuating from wildfires near the coast. My boyfriend has asthma and it was very important for us to get a high-quality air purifier. Maria stayed on the phone with us for 10 minutes while she looked at all the options. She even climbed a ladder to see what one was at the top of the shelf and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

I’m disappointed that the employee would not price match the lower price of their online website.

At this time, during the Covid 19 pandemic, I would not recommend shopping in this store if you are aware of the severe effects of the virus. I would recommend the Home Depot on west Shaw.

The staff at this Home Depot was very friendly and helpful Anabele with Appliances was especially helpful going above and beyond to call different stores to find what I needed and she did she answered all my questions and was very Informative along with her other coworker in the same department the staff here at the store is very friendly and willing to help with whatever your needs are I would definitely return to the store

HAD WAIT IN A 15 MINUTE LINE TO RETURN AN ITEM. THE RETURN COUNTER WAS JUST INSIDE THE STORE AND NOBODY WAS WAITING. THE STORE CLERK WAS A JERK.

Benny and Todd are experts on flooring, hooked us up with great tips for installation. Was able to get financing at great rates!

Great store, has everything I have needed every time I have visited the store. Helpfull employees always with a smile on there faces when they are helping me out with my needs. Lots of parking and a large pickup area where when needed the employees will give you a hand loading your purchases.

This is the BEST HD ! We used to live in SO CAL and experienced a more hectic store that we didn't want to frequent too often. This store is so well run we never feel rushed, never feel like a number. Here we get personalized, friendly and knowledgeable service. We look forward to visiting often even though we live 60 miles away ! Love the availability of Associates, the cleanliness, the products, and the military discount.

I just love going into this particular location great employee service and very knowledgeable. I also noticed how clean and the different variety of items that are available to purchase. They are willing to assist you with any home need and that's greatly appreciated especally you don't know what all you need to repair the problem. Excellent Customer Service Skills 5 Star Rating. Keep up all the great teamwork that you display at this location.

I am a senior citizen and have always been treated with high repect from all the employees at The Home Depost #1014. I would highly recommend this store. The employees are all knowlegable about the entire store, and very friendly, they never seem to be in a hurry to help you.

The customer service at the store was not courteous and lack knowledge of returning products, three of the four employees attempted to reject my returning a patio plant that had died. I had the receipt and the patio plant's tag, I was told that since I did not have the original container that they would not accept the return. I had to ask and wait for the nursey supervisor to get a refund. I wonder how many other customers have been led astray. It does not say anywhere on the receipt that one must keep the original container in order to keep the plant under warranty. I hope this will be use as a training experience for the customer service office.

We have been remodeling a home for the last year. We've purchased many items from this store and the service has been great. Everything is orderly and people are very helpful.
