The employees welcomed us as we entered the store. An employee assisted us in finding items, including those on special. We were able to check out quickly.

The Home Depot Store #0588 on DeZavala is the store you want to go to for your home improvement needs and other needs you may have around the house or yard that will bring you to Home Depot. I am not any kind of an expert by any means; I am a lady who does all sorts of little projects around the house but, more than not, as an artist, I often have the need for an assortment of things like wires, pieces of boards, pipes, and things like that. The other day I needed to put some wiring on the back of a painting I had just finished and I ran over to HD and got the wiring and the little nail thingys so I could take to my neices' office to hang in her lobby. There is always something I need and the people there are always so nice to me; never make me feel that I don't know what I am doing...I love going there and know I am going to find what I need, even if I don't know the appropriate names of various methods or products...because I know that a Home Depot staff person will be there to steer me in the right direction. Thanks Home Depot!

I would like to commend Lucero in the Kitchen/Appliance department. she helped us spend over $16000 on new cabinets for our next remodel. We were pleased with her knowledge of the lines available, the options, and her efficiency on the CAD program for the design. She is professional and courteous, and kept excellent notes on our project and progress. She did not express any negativity toward our needs, and made excellent suggestions on various parts of the design.

My wife want Lg 24 in. Extra Wide Outdoor/Indoor Leaf and Dust Pan - years ago carried the product uniformity left out in the yard - some body help themselves to the item didn't carry in the store - On line purchase - Ordered Apr. 27 convenient - just down street - Store Pickup

The employees have always been helpful - when looking for a certain item that is not real popular or in demand, someone always seems to take me to the correct isle.

The store seems to have adequate supplies of the products that I normally use but finding them is sometimes a problem. The aisles many times have maintenance and stocking equipment in the aisles. The general store, is not dirty, but looks cluttered. Overall, it is equal to other building material stores that I use.

I had quit going to Home Depot, because of the attitude of the employees and the fact that I had been overcharged several times. This time I had already gone to their major competitor and couldn't find the part I needed. Reluctantly I went to this store. I still couldn't find the part for my weed eater and thought I was going to have to buy a new one ($50). Then Josh came along and asked if I needed help (on previous visits when I had asked Home Depot employees for help, they were always too busy or just ignored me). Once I had recovered from my shock, I told him what I needed and he searched high and low, then went to ask another employee, Jaime, for help. A third employee (whose name I did not get) got involved and they finally found the $5 part I needed. Then the cashier, Leonard, was equally nice and friendly. I will always go back to this store when I need something, even though it is not very convenient to my house.

Store Associates Randy and Israel were amazing! If you are lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with them, please do so. Knowedgleable, friendly, and subject experts. They helped two defeated customers get what they needed done and with a pleasant attitude and demeanor. Do not waste your time going anywhere else! This Home Depot is the best in Texas!
