My husband is on 02 and I had both knees replaced in 2020 and he prefers me not getting on the ladder. Since his brother from Ohio came to visit this week, I asked would he change a light bulb for us. He said "You need to get a pole light bulb changer, it is wonderful and you can do the next ones by yourself." So got one at my local Home Depot, he showed me how it works and I am set for the next burned out bulbs. PS have a choice of disabled or military parking pus the 10% military discount.

I can always go to this location and find the product I need. Yet, every time I come I have to search, a while, to find someone to help me. So it makes my my shopping experience longer than what is shouold,.

I have been shopping this Home Depot for a couple month now and have nothing but great things to say. Their pricing is great and if I do find a better price somewhere else, they will usually price match their competitors. They have some pretty awesome employees who are super friendly, very knowledgeable and the management is stupendous….. I always enjoy EVERY trip into this location.

I was checking out at 12:27PM. by cashier Nancy, she OVERCHARGE me $2,296..00. Luckily I caught the mistake before I left the store.

James answered all my questions and was extremely patient and helpful with me.

The staff is always willing to assist you and help find the product you are looking for. If unavailable they will find it's location or availability.

Not only today, but many times before I received great customer service. I hate to waste time shopping, so I simply ask where the item is and I'm on my way.

This is one of the best run stores I have shopped in. The Employees are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been helped with several home improvement projects and I'm grateful for the patience and guidance of the staff at this store.

Kimberly Arruda and the whole PRO TEAM work together to be accurate and timely in all phases of my purchases including: pricing and availability, scheduling for pick up or delivery and follow up until the sale is final and received. Coming from stores in Wisconsin I had an expectation of a fairly robust customer service experience. This store is lacking in that area. To be fair to them, it is on par with my general experience of customer service in Nevada. The store is clean and, if you search for assistance, you will be helped. I have had few if any associates acknowledge me if I do not approach them. This is particularly true of the service desk where the employees are quite happy to ignore you. No one in line and they will not say a word; its quite something. When you get help the associates are nice and helpful. Just keep an eye on any contracts to make sure sales and promotions are applied.

Sami was AMAZING!! She was doing a different task when I asked her if you all had propane heaters left. Sami not only told me they had them, she walked me over to them. She helped me get them on a flat bed cart, wheeled them over to the register so I could pay, then waited for me to bring my truck around so she could assist me with loading them on. She helped me load them & tied them down so they were secure. She was very friendly, helpful and smiled the whole time.

Sammy at checkout is amazing and helpful!! The man in the garden center was horrible and refused to provide assistance when Sammy called him regarding a product.

This Home Depot is probably one of the best that I have been to. Reason I give these Home Depot such a high rating is because everybody in the store knew where the Products were located. Most of the other Home Depot that I go to do not know where stuff is and are too lazy to walk you over to the right section

The store was clean, well organized and a pleasure to shop at.

We were very impressed with Roberto. He helped us to our truck with a large load and was so personable and respectful! Not a lot of teenagers now-a-days refer to adults as sir/ma-am and look people in the eyes while talking. Way to go Roberto! What a great young man!

Employees are no help, all the employees are in the front of the store talking amongst them selfs and refuse to assist the customers, I had to wait 20 minutes after asking for assistance for an employee to get up stock as the shelves were empty, Then had to wait another 20 minutes for that employee to find someone else with the tool to remove a lock so that I could purchase a hole saw, when we went to check out the cashier was too busy talking to other employees to even bag our items even after asking multiple times to bag the items. There needs to be a management change ASAP, the staff does not care about stocking shelves, checking inventory, helping customers, anything! Will not return unless it’s the only option!

Micro manage everything you buy from the store. The pros are not pros.
