I like homedepot because they seem to always have what I need and the people working in the store are always helpful with the project that I am working on.

The Home Depot in Oswego employs the most friendly and customer service oriented people. Big smiles and warm greetings always accompany a willingness to go above and beyond the shopper experience.

We reviewed washers on line so we had a good idea of which one we wanted. It took a long time for us to find an assoiciate to help us. Once we did, she was very kind and helpful.

Out of all the Home Depot stores I have visited, this particular store will get my business again. Very friendly and knowledgeable greeter and sales associate.

I walked in the store and it was huge! I found the paint desk with ease and the two ladies that were working there were very nice and sweet.

the older fellow in the paint department is a great guy who really knows his stuff. you ask him and he knows where it is at. he makes it easy to shop at Home Depot.

I was looking for a replacement bathroom faucet. Found one I liked at a competitive price. When I got it home, I was able to install it quickly and it worked right on the first try. That almost never happent with plumbing,Thatalmost never happens with me and plumbing!

I feel that the prices and selections provided at the Home Depot are excellent and with that said, feel there is NO NEED to shop elsewhere

I shopped several floor stores along route 34 & was frankly aggravated from the lack of help with my project. I shopped for several weeks going back & forth to your store. I went with the floor selection you had & LOVE it. I appreciate you staffing an experienced & friendly associate by floors (Dennis explained to us the installation process in fine detail & answered our questions over the phone during the install). Our next project is the deck!

It was a very satisfying visit to the store and will definitely visit again and again whenever any electrical, or any hardware item will be needed for home use.

Looking at patio cushions to fit our furniture. Brought 2 different colors and sizes home to see which one looked the best. Returned one and bought 3 more of the favored one. Was helped out.
