So glad to be able to buy appliances here and have them delivered to Brewton with installation. It made the difference in choosing this store over a competitor.

I look for a tool couldn’t find it but a Associate help me locate it

New to the Pace store, employees are always willing to help without being ask, makes a nice difference.

If you want to buy appliances this is the store to go to. The Appliance Specialist Sharon S helped me save a thousand dollars plus an upgrade in the gas range .

I had a rough morning, one of those it -shows- on your face ones. I was instantly greeted which surprised me, and made me smile a bit. Then Manny in the paint department was super thorough in making sure I was getting the right paint for my job, as well as tools. Alicia at self-checkout was kind enough to help me bag my items while I scanned (no line - but seriously I’ve never seen that before at a self checkout!) First time in this Home Depot, and it was really nice!

Loved the sale on the gorrilla ladder I got.

Dennis handled my return. He was both friendly and quick! Appreciated both of those qualities!

The staff are awesome and know where everything is. The store is neat, clean, and well organized.

Is my favorite win someone who works at Home Depot is actually skilled at trades and can give real advice. Seems to happen much more often here than at other hardware stores.

Alex assisted me with some returns from my flooring project. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also lady helped me in self checkout (I didn’t know how to ring up individual bolts or a piece of lumber with no tag). Store was clean and busy.

We have not been to Home Depot in a while and a lot of the reason is due to the horrible customer service or lack thereof. This time was 100% different. The staff was helpful and walked us to the isle needed and provided his recommendation and then once we were checking out the lady , Janice, was extremely pleasant and a joy to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!

Lois was friendly and courteous with my return at Home Depot. Anytime I have been in there, she has greeted me with a smile and is always courteous.

Dennis, at customer service desk, in the Pace Fl Home Depot, is absolutely the best sales associate I have encountered at any Home Depot store. He was so very helpful by gathering up and carting the exterior shutters I needed before I drove 30 miles to pick them up. He is a kind, affable person that represents your organization in an outstanding fashion!

The store & it's ratings & employees are great & always have been from the first day it opened. The problem is with corporate & it's increased interest rate.
