Jerusa made my visit easy and quick

The sales associate in the riding lawn mower department was very helpful and friendly. He answered all questions that I had. Upon checkout George was also friendly and assisted us with courteous and friendly service. Although we made a change to our payment plan he was very helpful and made the change with no issues.

I have found the workers at Home Depot to be very kind and helpful. I'm sure as everyone they have bad days from time to time but do not take it out on their customers. I Prefer HD over their competitor.

Ran into store with very specific list and not much time. Was told to move off the paint isle as I was reading the can to be sure I was getting the correct paint so the forklift could bring items to stock. 9:15 in the morning on a Saturday is not the time to be in the way of customers!

Genry was very helpful in helping us put our stuff the car and very kind to answer our needs.

I called into this store on April 8, 2021. Every time customer service attempted to transfer me to appliances, the phone would hang up. I called a fourth time, Someone answer the phone I quote "If this is the lady that keep calling here, Terry in appliances is on his lunch and can not help you, if you want to report me to my supervisor you can" I interrupted and asked him if he would pay attention to how he was talking to me. He just went on in a rage and continued to yell. I am not sure what was going on with him but I said to him "If I was the President you would be in big trouble". I told him there is no way he should be a customer service Supervisor...No way! I asked to speak to another Manager..He transferred me to Jacinda. She was AWESOME! I want to thank her again for saving the day for me. It was very stressful dealing with J. Lob

I purchased a new range however the color I wanted was not on the floor but employee ordered for me in the color I wanted. Nothing really against the store.

Employees in the Garden Center are always friendly and helpful

Covid has had an impact on all and merchandising catches the blunt end. I did not observe any flareups between impatient customers and store employees. That in itself is a big plus for any big box store. All checkout aisles were neat and orderly; happy customers and happy sales associates.

I shop the Home Depot in PC FL all the time. Every experience has been a positive one!
