THE STORE GENERALLY NEAT & CLEAN .

REALLY CLEAN , FRIENDLY & VERY HELPFUL

Over all, I always shop at this Home Depot. Love this store, love most of the employees. I wish associates at customer service and returns would learn better manners or go to another department if they can't handle customers.

The staff is very knowledgable and so friendly.

Home Depot was very clean I shop mostly in the mornings before we go to the store I always check the computer and I go on www.homedepot.com just to see where the product is located in the store. write it down and follow what and where it is in the store and it hasn't let me down yet ! Not that I want it to? Lol. staff is friendly and helpful when we can't reach a product or if not there the staff will check to see if any more is in stock.

I have nothing against the store. My shopping experience there was pleasant. However Home Depot at-large, has quit giving military benefits on building materials to veterans that shop at their store. I will not be returning.

If you're shopping for a kitchen appliance you will not find a better sales associate than Will Gilchrist. He is a pleasure to deal with.

If you have a chance to visit the Phenix City store instead of the Columbus store you will be pleased with the difference. Cleaner, friendlier, better stocked. All around a very consistently good experience.

This store is always clean and the employees are always very professional. When I have a question they are always willing to go above and beyond to get the answer for me. It maked my shopping experience everytime I go there very nice. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The Cashier that opens every morning is rude. I can't stand dealing with her anymore and will shop elsewhere from this point forward. It's a shame they have such a rude individual employed at that store.

We loving going to the Phenix City Home Depot for all our home improvement needs. We also take our girls here for the kids workshop and love it. They are always very friendly and helpful.
