While the store is clean and somewhat in stock, the Home Depot folks don't seem to be happy. Sometimes, they just seem to walk past the customers . I will stop at this point because the flow is going negative. And, I don't do negative.

Very clean store. I buy all my cleaning products here because they are cheaper than any of the grocery stores.

Betsy in the paint department went out of her way to help me. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She spent at least 15 minutes with me picking out the right caulk. She should be commended for a job well done!

The staff at this store have always been extremely accommodating and helpful. They are always pleasant and don't act inconvenienced in having to help a customer. The products I have purchased over the years have exceeded my approval for fine quality.

Disappointing service for numerous reasons. 1) Couldn’t find help with getting a lawn mower down, of stack and onto cart (another customer helped) 2) Lawn mower box was missing lawn bag when got home and opened box. 3) Took over 30 mins on phone to get help on getting a bag. 4) Had then to drive back to store and then back home >45 mins to get lawn bag. Manager told employee only way to get it. My perception is the store is too busy for customer service. Gave a 2 rating vs. a 1, only because of one bright spot. Cathy who was waiting for me with the bag when I returned was very pleasant and courteous.

Great employees, great service, my only concern was being informed by the cashier that Home Depot no longer accepts government issued ID's which are clearly marked with "Veteran" status as proof of being a veteran. Curious as to why this change in policy?

The staff was friendly, helpful, and was willing to go beyond the call of duty to identify my needs.

I had Home Depot come out two years ago and completely gutted my kitchen and remodeled it with new cabinets, counter top, and tile back splash. Now I have redoing my bathroom and Home Depot is putting in my new floor. I am also getting a new sink and painting supplies for it from Home Depot.

This store appears to be well managed. The staff seem happy to help and friendly. The merchandise is well presented and organized. The women's rest room was attractive, well stocked and CLEAN. Based on my last 2 visits, I have installed the HD app. I plan to shop there a lot in the future.

Always a great experience at this particular store. I work in the area and shop here rather than the one where I live. Merchandise options far surpass the Steele Creek store and the overall setup of the store is great. Customer Service far exceeds a few of the other locations as well. Always a pleasure to shop at this store at Carolina Place Mall!

Great team of employees at this store! They are very helpful and you can always someone unlike some other big box stores where you leave wishing that they hired more employees. Also, I have visited twice this week and the store was spotless on both occasions.

Our Home Depot is in a convenient location and it is the best in our area. Other store have closed in this particular shopping center and we truly home that the Home Depot stays right where it is.

Store was neat and clean. Help finding things was a little hard to get, though. And, you would think that cabinet supports would be on the cabinet aisle. Nope. In Hardware. I would probably not looked there.

This store has shown me great customer service every time I go there. There is one man that goes above and beyond. The worker named Jay. He helped me find what I needed and was very friendly. He even came to the rescue and brought my product to me. Since it was on his way home. I would recommend this store to others

Clean and quick. Associate named Buddy is great and knows about everything. Love seeing him.
