I could spend hours in this store. it is very easy to find what I want. and if you look even a little confused, someone picks up on it right away, and offers help. but, this home depot needs a cat in the store. the nearby lowes has a cat that loves everyone... my grandchildren love this cat. but she also loves the pvc plumbing at home depot.

I had an quick and easy experience because of the assistance i got by an employee.

The product is the same as every other Home Depot I've been in but the workers are exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful.

I have never gone to this Home Depot store and been disappointed. The employees are always helpful and I can find what I came for. I manage a 100 apartment building and often need maintenance and building supplies. I have also gone to the neighboring Lowe's because the offer a 5% discount on our business account. However i will be going to Home Depot in the future because of the good shopping experience.

I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. I am not a big fan of home improvement projects, especially at the beginning however, starting my day at this home depot always puts a smile on my face and I feel as though the staff here are dedicated and are here for me all the way till the end of the project. Can't say enough nice things about this staff here!

This store is doing an excellent job in customer service. I travel about 5 miles longer to get there, than a closer HD. I like the selection of products there. I'm remodeling bathrooms. I shop at this HD at LEAST once/week, since November 2016, sometimes more. EVERY ONE that I encounter is helpful. I've also gotten good deals

Joachim, Brittany and Stephanie at your Conshohocken Store made my returns a breeze. Over 3 cart load of items and they never flinched, even when your system failed and they had to start over. THey worked like a well oiled machine without any hiccups... THEIR AWESOME!!! Raise or promotion would be great for them!

I want to give an enormous shout out to Harry. Every time I visit the store he is so very happy and helpful. When no one is around he helps me find where to go, or finds someone who knows. Harry is always, ALWAYS smiling and very pleasant. This is refreshing compared to most retail associates demeanors. He is an absolute pleasure and has excellent customer service. If you're feeling down, go visit Harry, he'll brighten your day with that huge heart and wide smile.

Conshohocken service and staff are top rate - EVERY shopping experience I've had there has been helped along by employees who are true professionals: they are knowledgable and flexible communicants who put the customer's best interest first. Also, staff seem to genuinely appreciate each other and help each other, and, as a customer, you feel that sense of community and are welcomed to join as soon as you enter the store. There's a good general manager in that.
