I used to hate trips to any home improvement store. You could never get help, things were never conveniently placed, they were heavy, awkward, and there was never anyone to answer questions or help in any way. This Home Depot does make home improvement shopping much easier.

We drive 30 minutes to this store because the customer service of Brandon Schaffer, makes it worth our trip. We live within 7 minutes to 3 local Home Depots, but feel it is worth the extra miles to work with this young man!!

This Home Depot provides very good service. Most of the employees are helpful and courteous. The Pro desk team is amazing, even when you are not a pro. I actually enjoy my trips to HD, and I used to dread going to any home improvement store.

If you are in the need of kitchen or home appliances, visit this store and ask for Brandon Schaffer. He was the absolute best employee at Home Depot. If it wasn't for him, my husband and I would never be shopping at Home Depot again. He is courteous and knowledgable about all aspects of his store and appliances. He made the experience fun, which at first seemed daunting and scary.

If you need paint, hopefully Frank is working. He has an endless supply of experience and advice. He can allay any fears if you are worried you are getting in over your head.

I have such a heartwarming experience when I go there, that it usually puts a smile on my face for a time afterwards. Best experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. I'm an older woman, and no one treated me as if I was stupid. All associates were cheerful, friendly and gave detailed answers to my questions. I didn't have to "hunt down" someone to help me. Great experience. Store was clean, well-stocked with helpful signage. I was able to dispose of the newer, used light bulbs i had and also buy a new refrigerator bulb,

I live in MA and use the Home Depot store in Reading, MA. I was in ME and then to NH and stopped in to buy my plywood for my home project here in MA. Tax free NH is nice to shop.
