If you are in the need of kitchen or home appliances, visit this store and ask for Brandon Schaffer. He was the absolute best employee at Home Depot. If it wasn't for him, my husband and I would never be shopping at Home Depot again. He is courteous and knowledgable about all aspects of his store and appliances. He made the experience fun, which at first seemed daunting and scary.

If you need paint, hopefully Frank is working. He has an endless supply of experience and advice. He can allay any fears if you are worried you are getting in over your head.

I have such a heartwarming experience when I go there, that it usually puts a smile on my face for a time afterwards. It is hard to describe....It is a feeling of being recognized as a human being who deserves respectful support. I can assure you that no other place makes me feel that way. Thank you.

Best experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. I'm an older woman, and no one treated me as if I was stupid. All associates were cheerful, friendly and gave detailed answers to my questions. I didn't have to "hunt down" someone to help me. Great experience. Store was clean, well-stocked with helpful signage. I was able to dispose of the newer, used light bulbs i had and also buy a new refrigerator bulb,

I live in MA and use the Home Depot store in Reading, MA. I was in ME and then to NH and stopped in to buy my plywood for my home project here in MA. Tax free NH is nice to shop.

I have always been treated with respect by the employees at this store and gotten prompt, professional service. The store is always clean.

I had an interaction with Jill at the service register. She was GREAT. Very pleasant to talk with while checking out.workers like her are the reason i will come vack to this establishment. She is a great worker and she always had a smile on her face throughout our interaction.

This Home Depot is my first choice of a place to go for home improvement products and also for plants for my garden in the spring. I have always found the store salespeople to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This means a lot to me.

I had a very bad experience in this store earlier this year but it is the only H D near my home on Maine I visited got what I wanted and went to self check out. Your survey assessed I was dissatisfied with employees. How could I be dissatisfied with someone I did not speak to or interact with????? Self Check out makes this common.

This store is a time suck. the self checkout process malfunctions frequently and there is only one person for 4 registers. I feel bad for that one employee. Finding an employee while shopping is also a challenge.
