I received excellent service from different store employees on three separate visits to this Home Depot over one weekend. I had numerous questions and wasn't really 100 percent sure how I was going to approach the improvement project on which I was working. Literally EVERY store employee I encountered was polite and very helpful, from the paint department, to flooring, to lumber, to plumbing, and a few others in between. AND, staff was easy to locate in the store, with some approaching me first to see if I needed assistance (I'm sure I was looking confused and challenged). Great store!

The employees in this store are Very Knowledgable and Helpful! Ms. Kathy approached me to offer assistance as opposed to me looking for help. And, after asking about the purpose for the purchase. She made several recommendations based on various situations - "OPTIONS!" :) Ms. Faith also provided "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE - WITH A BRIGHT SMILE!" And, when I left, I realized that I was still smiling "In The Parking Lot!!!" Thank You Ladies!

I was very impress with the sales person, who not only assisted me with what I was looking for, but he also walked with me to the aisle in question. Furthermore, he made certain that I understood how to use the materials that I was going to purchase. I would also add that the store was very clean and organized.

When coming to Home Depot I don’t feel welcome but today I was greeted and felt very welcome by a young guy in the lumber department marquic so overall thumbs up

I needed to get some keys done & there were 2 people in front of me. Mr Chris D 25 offered to help out while the other guy was also doing keys. He said he was getting off in 15 mins and could've walked pass & let the other employee continue to do keys. Which is why I took the time to say he did a great job & do this survey.

I have been shopping at this location for the past 10 year. On my latest visit last week (9/24), the customer service was CONSIDERABLY better than EVER before. I was greeted and helped by 3 different associates and each seemed knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. There has definitely been a change since the last time I was there. Great Experience!

This store has truly improved from how I remember. I usually go up to the Home Depot further out

Associates are helpful, store is clean, usually stocked sufficiently though not always abundantly. Frequent visits make for faster check outs because associates learn your needs & wants so assistance is more efficient. The Tool Rental always has what I need & seems there's rarely a wait.

Left the store feeling very inspired. Everyone I encountered was friendly and always offered assistance. I will continue to shop at this location. They have a wonderful array of products

That store is great, one of the best Home Depot's in the district even if it's one of the smallest ones. Everyone is very helpful. I got in & got out. Leon in lumber was great with a capital G. I like everything he brings to the table for that department and the store itself.
