Alway friendly and helpful.Store is always clean I have been shopping there for 20 years and never been disappointed.i have had to return things ,bought things,always a pleasure.

Store is always clean, bright, well stocked and orderly. Employees are helpful and cheerful! Nice store to visit.

The associates go ou of their way to help you, they don't wait for you to find them, they find you. I have been extremely happy with the product selection and service from this store.

The store employee greeted us at the door and offered to load the sand bags in the truck for us. He was extremely polite and helpful. This made our visit outstanding.

What a Great experience. With only 2 days from Christmas we figured the sales people would be a bit tired and cranky but we were pleasantly surprised. We Highly recommend this location and the staff. Merry Christmas.

Had a great visit. We came for a couple of items, but were also "window" shopping for a couple of appliances. Every employee we encountered were friendly and helped us to the items we were looking for, along with one employee who helped show what to look for in the appliances we were looking to purchase in the near future. Looking forward to our return visit for some updated appliances!

Everyone was very helpful, pleasant. Never had to search for an employee like at other stores. Someone was always near by to help us find what we needed.

We shop the Rhinelander Home Depot all the time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And they give a 10% Military discount to veterans!

We bought a snowblower online and 2 employees loaded it into our truck for us.

I was transferred to the #4930 store via the 1-800# associate. Kasha, Linda, and Dan helped me order a major appliance that could not be ordered online do to a website designer problem (those guys think they know everything). The "team" worked flawlessly to help me through the process. They're a great bunch of folks there.

The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt look like they wanted to die doing their jobs (important) not only reflective of their attitudes but hopefully of how they are treated at work as well. They worked together and helped in a timely manner. Great Xmas displays and choice of stock. Bathrooms were clean, and CLEARLY NAVIGATED by signs from the entrance. Great deals and prices

The store was very clean. The employee at the door who greeted us was very kind and helpful. He was great with our children! I only wish I would have gotten his name. I needed assistance finding a few items and there was always an associate around to help. They were very knowledgeable of the store and had some great tips as well.
