I enjoy finding new improved poducts as I browse store area.

This store used to be fantastic when it first opened. Since then, the employees have learned how to hide, ignore you, or run the other way when they see you. I can always tell when someone from upper level management is there because everyone follows them around while they "observe". It is a little better when management is there. You can tell that this store is full of unmotivated staff who come and go. The only people who appreciate the customers and know why they are there are ALL of your cashiers...They are the only consistent part of your operation. Everyone at Lowe's is nice and easy to find but they are on the other side of town. Margery in Garden is very nice ... so are all the others.

With the help of the Home Depot and being very organized very helpful and courteous employees not to mention all the material I had to get was on hand there so it made my job easier.

THIS STORE IS CLEAN AND THE GARDEN AREA IS ALWAYS NICE AND WATERED.

I want to let Home Depot Management know what a asset Monique is to this store. I came in with a item that was ordered online and was defective. I printed out the survey portion, not the receipt by mistake. Monique took the time to call and verify my purchase and refunded me after waiting online for several minutes due to a mix up in the main office. She wanted no credit! I had to ask another employee her name and that rep said every day someone will compliment Monique. As I was leaving a man had come into the store with a return and asked to deal with Monique only. That right there tells me she is a STAR employee!! Please acknowledge her good work.......

I'm not a regular shopper here but I've been doing a remodel and have had to go in a few times. Today's visit was way above the customer service experience I've received in the past. Specifically kudos to Greg who helped me find what I needed and directed me to the right isle for other items. You were so pleasant it made my trip a great experience. Thanks!

Had plans to build raised planter. Store associates helped cut lumber to specs and locate screws needed to complete project. Made project easier to finish. Good to have all of the equipment in one location.
