I went to purchase a new lawn mower from the time I walked thru the door until I left the store, the service was above and beyond, I purchased a new mower took it home and did the assembly , very straight forward and when complete started on the first pull, I purchased a Toro real wheel drive, Love it

Was in and out in 2 minutes. Had exactly what I wanted.

This is my second purchase of this Frigidaire Gallery microwave. I am pleased with the features from cooking popcorn to auto defrost. The first one just stopped working after 8-9 years. I like Frigidaire products and the great features.

Just purchased a refrigerator and the employee who helped me in that department was GREAT; left feeling very good about what I had purchased, because he explained in detail what I needed to know. Thank you Patrick. Great help at the checkout too ❤️

Recently bought a Elkay stainless steel sink and a Moen faucet. Store associate named Mary was very helpful and knowledge about her department.

I was very disappointed by Jemmie at the pro customer service desk. She was on her cell phone talking to her friend while I was waiting to check the price of an item. She wasn't helping any customer at that time. A few minutes later after she hangs up the phone I asked her if she can check the price for me. She replied to me with an attitude, "you could have gone to a cashier". I told her that the regular line was too long. Jemmie needs to improve her customer service skill.

I was really disappointed by Jemmie at the pro service counter. I wanted to verify a price of a lumber and I saw there was a long line at the register but there was no one at the pro service counter. So I went to the pro service counter and saw Jemmie was on her cell phone talking to her friend. I have waited there for couple of minutes and after she got off the phone I asked her for help. Her first comment was you could have gone to the register to check the price with an attetude.

We are just moving and needed appliances. Debbie provided a great experience.

very nice store, we just bought A house in Oct. and will be visiting Home Depot alot..People there are very nice and Friendly.

I would usually give more stars but this time the cashier was rude and disrespectful, with the time I have been shopping there it had not happened before.

The store was clean and the employees were courteous and helpful. This store has much better employee interactions than their competition just a few miles away. I'll definitely shop this store again.

The associates at the paint desk are rude and unwilling to help the customer. No employee offered to assist us

We had the best visit to this store today. We were greeted at the door and at least five employees asked us if we needed help. We had an appt with the kitchen designer and he was simply wonderful! He answered all of our questions and made numerous suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable about kitchen designs! Thank goodness! I had no idea what I wanted but after asking us a few questions, he designed a kitchen that will meet our needs and helped us in choosing cabinets and countertops!

I love Home Depot. It is the store of my choice mainly because the employees go out of their way to provide assistance. I pass your competitors each time because I feel comfortable that my purchase is appreciated.

I came in with lots of issues to remodel my kitchen. I made several trips to this particular location& was extremely satisfied with the service&products I received to complete this difficult project. As well as the cleanliness of the store.

No employees there to assist with finding products needed or even what isle the products might be on . No registers open other than self checkout .

Definitely a great place to shop for home improvement and DIY products. Always can find a HD member to assist if you need it and store layout makes sense and is easy to navigate. Store is always well maintained and stocked and associates are easy to find and available to assist.

The store is clean, carts always available, customer service counter always has friendly people. You can ask anyone in the store, even if the wrong department for help and they will make sure you find your items. The people at checkout are very eager and professional. If you have a question about a price they have no problem going and checking. Last, the online app will lead you to the exact isle and bin for the product you are looking for. I leave this store normally in a better mode than when I enter. I wish I could say that about all home Improvement stores.

What a great store, I never have to try and hunt down an employee to get some help. Always plenty of staff to assist in the appropriate departments.

Staff are friendly and eager to help locate the department/items within the store. The store was clean and well-stocked. Checkout was a breeze.
