Good store to shop at.

The people are what make this store better than many competing retail big box stores. Always friendly, motivated to help, and the store is well-stocked whenever I am there.

As long as you continue to service those who do not wear masks, I will shop other stores.

Your servicing those who do not wear masks is irresponsible and shows a lack of moral fiber. Those who wear masks are at least trying to protect others and their fellow citizens. Those who wear masks shows a lot abut their character. Those who DON'T says even more (or less) about those people.

I rate this 5 stars due to the help of the manager Christopher Belen. I had an order issue that would cost me a large $300 restock fee due to little fault of my own, Christopher calmed me down and listened to my concerns then found the remedy for my issue. If he had not helped my in the situation I would have been so angry and upset to ever go back to Home Depot because of one clerk that caused a major complication for me in the manner he handled an issue. MY sincere thanks to Christopher for straightening it all out and his kindness.

Customer service is horrible. Never can find anyone working to help.

Very unprofessional services!! Would not recommend ordering anything , get it in hand or go somewhere else. Waited months on order , nobody knows anything , they wasted my time and didn't care big companies just put my $1,400 in there account and screw everything else!!! They don't even apologize , manger didn't even call back after we spoke, I did it my self and got my money back. I'll buy washer and dryer else where.

Place to be for my home needs

The staff at this Home Depot is exceptional and their customer service is outstanding. It doesn't matter which department I shop, they greet you and thank you for shopping their store. Their competitor has a LONG way to go to beat the customer service at Home Depot!

I’ve been to most of the Home Depot stores and this store is always clean, and the customer service that you guys give is unbelievable they always are on top of things they know exactly what you need. My experience with this store was outstanding due to the care and attention provided by the salesperson "Jeff" he was able to assist and walked me thru the steps of making a carpet purchase and the install. Jeff made me feel like that I was in good hands. He made all the difference in my experience. He was very helpful and provided great customer service !!

I purchased over $500 of deck stain at another Home Depot. I had a previously purchased bucket of the stain which the paint counter worker said he could match. It was not even a close match. I called the Roanoke store and the manager said she would try to help me. They worked over an hour trying to adjust the color. They were able to get a very close match. All the employees were so helpful and concerned with making sure they did the best job they could. The Olympic Elite Deck Stain now looks great on the deck.

Employees we great and were very helpful. The store also had plenty of masks and hand sanitizer at the front door. Great bunch of people.

Anytime I'm working on a home project, Home Depot is my first stop. I don't even bother to go to "the other store."

My brother in law use to be big manager, president at this store before he retired years ago. Tony Brown, and Larry Wheeler. They highly recommended HomeDepot over any of the others. I took their word for it and they are right. Also my son worked here years ago, William O"Neal, Jr and he loved working here and highly recommended it to other stores.

I have almost always been able to find what I need in this store. They are well stocked and carry a good variety. We do a lot of gardening and find a good variety of flowers and vegetable plants!

Not at all helpful sent to another store for over stove micro next store had 1 on shelve damaged. Had to pay extra 50 dollars to have one sent to me.

Tried to order 2 different air conditioners online that I received confirmation they were in the store, and the employee said she had eyes on the one unit and was pulling it for me. Neither unit was available and worse I had to call the store and ask the status, costumer service is very lacking at this store. Of course everything is blamed on the virus, I guess it effects the eyesight and ability to call customer and inform them of their mistake

Home Depot may be a large chain store but this location sets it apart by a team who behaves more like a mom-and-pops hardware. You'll always be greeted by knowledgable, friendly, kind and caring associates ready to help.

All of the employees are always eager to help and are friendly.

Great store to go to for supplies that you need. Staff very helpful especially Warren. Very knowledgeable.

This store has a very helpful employee named Don in the Door section. I have worked with Don Before and found him to be knowledgeable and friendly and always ready to help with your home remodeling door project.
