This is a great store, just when i thought i was going to spend more i spent less. My husband is sick so im doing these projects in the dark. The store is always clean when i go. I called about the product and when i got there it was in stock and i found it wih ease with the help of a lady that was super nice.

Close by and are always fully stocked.

Every dept has someone knowledgeable in that area. It is a great help.

This store is a very nice place every time I visit this store Iam able to find just what I came in there for I've got my 50gallon water tank from this store plus they had some one to install it for Me and just recently I've purchased some roofing single an had great help from someone working in the store thanks again. Homedepot you an your employees are the best keep up the good job. You all going to be see me all summer.

this needs to have the the ability to research product spec info. a simple thing as does this product provide a color chart and how to get one if not in store.

Great store,great people working there always ready to help you. When you need something this store has it, not like some other hardware stores that have empty bins.

None of the associates knew if the store even carried outdoor pond supplies, much less where they might be located. When someone was paged to help, no one showed up at the service desk. I left without buying all of the things I needed. I will never shop at this Home Depot again. I would rather travel the extra distance to the store on Franklin Road or Christiansburg than be treated like my purchase was not of importance.

We went to 3 other stores in our area before going Home Depot,Home Depot had the best price on appliances , I highly recommend Home Depot for the best prices, the customer service was excellent we came at 9 pm we were not rush to make a decision , the associate was very patient with us, the store was clean

I've never received service like in this store. Employees speak to me as I go by. They ask if I need help with something. I like this store!!

Mieka at the paint desk was friendly, helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and how to implement it in our home! We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Difficult to find any help and when I do they cannot direct me to where to go. Employees are rude and don't seem to care about my business.

Best shopping exsperiance ever. We was lost, and purchased about 25 or more items, and an employee had to guide us to about everyone. They all were so friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere it was amazing. Never seen such a bunch of employees at the end of their shift so willing, and eager to help, without feeling rushed, or givin a short answer one time. We got everything we came after. I'm so impressed. I worked in retail for 15 plus years at a the #1 retail stores in the world. I was a dept manager, and a customer service manager. I'm so impressed!
