Employee Tammy was helpful, fast and funny! She was multi-tasking with other customers while helping me, but still took care of me in record time. That's great customer service!

Lousy customer service and no checkouts open ,,,, plus the store never seems to open on time.

I am not a handy man type, so am uncomfortable going into big stores like Home Depot. So it is very much appreciated to have the helpful and friendly staff find items for me. I will be back at Home Depot.

Awesome employees here, especially in the garden department.

I love this store. I am always excited when I have an excuse to come here, whether it be to fix an issue or look for something to make my home more organized. I have never had an issue with the employees at this particular store. I will say I have been to other Home Depots and left because of an issue, but I never feel that way here. It is clean, organized, and well stocked.

There has never been a time when I've shopped the Rock Hill store that I felt ignored, never have i had a bad issue with them, I've shopped this store for 7 years now and I will not shop your competitors store which is only 3 miles from me, Rock Hill is 12 miles. And I shopped the Orlando FL. store for 20 years. I am a dedicated Home Depot shopper!

People are friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service in the lumber department and at the register. I cannot unfortunately remember the mans name who cut an sheet of wood down for me, but he was there quickly and was friendly as well. The same can be said for Shirley the Cashier who waited on me at the front when I was checking out. Such a great friendly cashier! Thank you as well, Shirley!

A question at the end of the survey said that I indicated I was dissatisfied with customer service. I did not indicate that. I did not need assistance from customer service, so how could I have rated excellent? What do you what? The cashier said hello and that's about all so I wasn't dissatisfied and I didn't say I was. So, it was just a basic checkout. I think you should change your survey a bit.

The employees here are exceptional, but getting discounts is difficult.

Very friendly staff. I bought several bags of mulch, and a staff member offered to load my cart, and also place the bags in my truck without me asking for help. This was very thoughtful.

Person that helped me went out of their way to find what I was looking for.Was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the prices of flowers and displays of flowers.alot of them looked real bad because they needed to be watered real bad.

I visited the Rock Hill, SC garden department recently to buy flowers. What a nice surprise when an associate stopped what she was doing when she saw me struggling to load something in my cart and offered her assistance. I will be shopping there again!

As I stated in the survey, my shopping experience was good. The delivery experience was vastly different. My delivery was promised for Saturday, March 25. I was given a window from 6 am to 8 pm. Because the time frame was wide, I called earlier in the day to find out if I could get a possible ETA. I called 803-909-2420 and followed the prompts to inquire about delivery. The woman I spoke with told me that my patio furniture was being loaded "as we speak" and I should be getting the delivery approximately at 3:30 pm. I was also told I would get a phone call about thirty minutes before. Fine. When I did not receive a phone call or delivery I called again. I think it was around five or six o'clock. I spoke with a woman, Jeanette Broughton, who told me she would look into the problem. She told me she was with a customer and would call me back...which she did. She was extremely polite and empathetic . She investigated and told me there had been a hitch in the delivery logistics and that I would not receive the items that day. Of course, I was upset. Jeanette was very apologetic and immediately went to work to try to fix the problem...which she did. Bravo, Jeanette! Home Depot has some issues to work out with their backroom operation and delivery logistics. That needs improvement. HOWEVER, hiring more "can do" employees like Jeanette will go a long way toward good customer relations. I hope Jeanette gets a promotion! Thank you, Jeanette, for solving my problem and going out of your way for a customer.

I like to shop at home depot because the people that work there are very helpful and very friendly and good about knowing there store.

All associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Did not have beg for help as in other home improvement stores. Store was clean and check out was fast and friendly.

When shopping at this store it is quite apparent that the employees are taught how to provide good customer service. As a retired retail service store manager, this speaks very well of the company and the management team.

The Rock Hill Store has been very helpful for our renovation projects my wife and I have been doing for several years, little at at time. Every thing we need is there, and they offered us a credit line if we needed it. Their online site is awsome too and offers bargains from time to time and other items not found in stores. The people are friendly at the Rock Hill store and we have come to know some of them due to the amount of times we shop there. Im a Do It Your-selfer working full time and working on our home as well. If i have a question someone there knows the answer or I can look at their videos on Youtube.

THE STORE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

We had to do custom order on window blinds. We had an excellent employee, Mitchell(don't know last name) help us. He went out of his way to help, give recommendations, and was so polite. He had us get different blinds then we were going to get as ours were going out of stock permanently and would be hard on replacing. We appreciated his expertise on this. We also had to pick up much lumber on this visit. My husband was able to pick out the boards he needed which was great. Fast check out. .All the employees seemed so willing to help. Perfect visit!
