The associates at the store were wonderful!! I had dealings with a Manager named Charlotta and she resolved my problem with a smile, great attitude and kindness. My cashier Emily was also very nice. Great store in Cape Coral!!

James in the hardware department was exceptionally helpful and provided detailed instructions on how I could finish my project successfully even though the item I was looking for was unavailable as it was a very custom item.

Some prices are better than their competitors, most employees were friendly and knowledgeable, but not all. Store is generally clean and orderly. Does not always have in stock what they have online. Check to make sure. I would recommend this sore/location to others.

I live closer to other locations but this location I find not only has more of a selection but the employees are very helpful. It's worth the extra mile.

This store is very clean and organized. It was east to find the supplies we need and got advice when we asked for it. Lot's of help when you need it. Staff is friendly, courteous and ready to help at your request. You will be in an out very quickly, very short wait times.

I found the patio table and chairs I wanted. I was not able to access the table, so I asked an employee for assistance. I asked Patrick. He works in the custom cabinetry area, but said he would help me. He found a cart, moved boxes to get to the table I wanted, and he loaded the table and 2 chairs onto the cart for me.

The home depot is by far the best in terms of pricing, product choices and customer service. We are always very professionally treated and we couldn't be happier!

The store was clean and easy to maneuver through the aisles. Other stores tend to have things (merchandise) in the aisles which makes it difficult to get around when your pushing a cart. Also, the staff has always been very friendly and willing to help locate items even if the item is not in their particular section. I don't like to shop, but it is inevitable task and I don't mind shopping here because it is always a pleasant experience.

This is a great store, well stocked and staffed with the most helpful employees. It's a convenient location as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing home improvement projects.

Horrible experience a couple of times. No one is friendly or helpful. Appliances are delivered damaged. The website to schedule pickup doesn't work & no one can find the item you are there to pick up.

It is nice to go into a store that has enough friendly cashiers working to not have to wait forever.

Made a significant amount of purchases at this store throughout the home renovation process. Each time sales associates were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the process and timeline relating to our orders. If we had any dissatisfaction, a service representative was quick to make it right.

The store was exceptionally busy but my cashier was waiting and encouraged me to come to her lane and my check out was really fast!!!! She even told me to replace my jugs of water as she was finishing ringing up my items!! Can't beat THAT service!!!!! No waiting, love it!!!!

Poor customer service. Had to call customer service on my cell phone, from the Door Dept. to try & get help, after waiting well over 15 min She blamed the cleaning guy for my wait after he was nice enough to page for help twice with no answer. 4 staff walked by me as I was hanging and waiting for help. No one stopped.

Staff almost always very helpful. Store has what we want 98% of the time and is willing to order it if not.

This is a great store. It's a little farther than the competitor but worth the trip. I would highly recommend this store!
